Not only does he want to know what your injuries are and what health/movement goals you wish to achieve, but he listens to your body as well and understands your limitations. While being pregnant I found this yogaschool offering pregnancy classes and never stopped doing it…read more Ok, not pregnant anymore, but still practising yoga every week. The thing I love about De Lijfschool is that the instructors are really good when it comes down to helping you feel what goes on in your own body. After practising yoga for a while, I learned that the whole philosophy behind yoga is finding its way in the things I do while not being on the mat in the studio of De Lijfschool. I applaud the way David & Saskia are teaching yoga and helping me to apply it in my daily life. Strength and letting go.
