This place reminded us of Chipotle in the states. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. I had the bowl and my spouse had the chicken tacos. Loved the options and that the fajita veggies were made right in front of us! The chips and queso were also great and well seasoned. We've tried a few spots in Thunder Bay, and both of us agreed that Guac Mexi Grill was much better than Nortenos. The portions were generous, the toppings had that authentic, bold taste we've been missing, and the service was quick and friendly. If you're craving Mexican food in Thunder Bay, this is the closest we've come to the flavors of home in California.

Finally a young lady with red hair started making my mcflurry...but she stopped half way and carried it back to the kitchen to talk to the males there. Then she decided to show the trainee how to make the mcflurry. Then the trainee brought the food on a tray even though it was take out. The takeout error no big deal. Crowding around having a joke session is not cool while a customer watches half his food get cold. But what is really UNC ool is the blatant flippant attitude the manager had when I brought this up. ...this is not a new situation. Ever since you brought in 2 drive through lanes...the speed and accuracy of the drive through has gone way down The kiosks were supposed to make things quicker....but every time I order through a kiosk it takes longer and often there are mistakes. Now mobile and skip the dishes orders seem to be the priority. McDonalds used to be an icon for teaching young people how to be successful business people....what happened?...I bet that location cost more than $2 million in its current state....many people are starting to make comments just like I have....time to go back to basics guys. I ordered 4 different items: Butter Chicken Naanwich - this was pretty good, the butter chicken was flavourful and buttery and paired nicely with the naan and cheese; it helped that we warmed it up in our air fryer at home to have it nice and hot. Tikka Chance on Me Bowl - the chicken tikka + rice was rather dry and not as flavourful as I had hoped. I enjoyed the vegetables in the bowl though. Mediterranean Escape Bowl - the ingredients in this salad were really fresh. Everything in this is pretty much raw and unseasoned though. I really loved the Smoked Peach Vinaigrette and Cilantro Lime Dressing! The dressings were the star of what we ordered. Hella Vegan Burrito - this was really, really bland and dry. We definitely needed to dip this in the chutney / yoghurt sauce to give it a boost of more flavour.

For $20 you get 3 roti's which really are inexpensive, a medium soup size container of mutton curry, and a gulab jamun (diabetes). The serving of mutton curry is the same as the miso soup container you'd get for free from a sushi spot. Mutton curry was great but wow you order any lamb curry at half the other Indian spots here or anywhere and you're getting a proper takeout containers worth. Lower the price, give one less roti and forget the gulab jamun and this would be wayyyyy better. Despite that, this place is still better than the worst Indian spot here in TB. Side note this place is also called Curry it up on Uber eats so don't get confused when you swing by

There was barely any cheese on either pizza. There is clearly an indent in the pizza crust where I'm sure the cheese SHOULD be put on until. I am feeding my daughter and three young children today and I picked it up with one of the kids. I honestly should have looked at them before taking them home because I wouldn't have. I am trying to post a picture of this but for some reason I can't. I apparently got a deal. For 40$ I could have gotten 3 large pizzas and some wings from Metro (regular price and the cheese on the pizza is weighed) I'll know better next time.
