They are in good spirits, and will help you choose what you need. They wear gloves and masks, and speak to you over the speaker system they have created. However, a few more times after coming in, the service has been rude to me, and scolded me for lingering too long, and also I have found other places with better prices around the area.

We ordered a keg from the Huntington store for our Oktoberfest party and it unfortunately did not work properly, not sure if the tap or the keg itself was to blame. Chris blamed us, even though a number of people at our party tried various approaches to get the keg to dispense beer throughout the night, and a few of us also tried again the next day before returning it. Mostly sputtering foam came out, so we ended up having to return a keg that was more than half full, which was disappointing and expensive, considering we paid full price for a keg we barely used and had to supplement with additional bottles and cans. When I notified Chris of this he gave me an attitude and said he would check the keg and get back to me with an update, but he didn't do so. I called him to follow up so we could close the loop, but he kept putting me off and then dodged my calls. I'm pretty sure he answered the phone and pretended to be someone else one of the times I called to find out what the status was too. Ridiculous. Mistakes happen. I thought maybe he could give me a credit or a discount on a future purchase since our keg purchase was mostly useless, but I didn't count on that. I wasn't sure what he would offer to do, if anything. I did at least expect him to address the situation with me, a paying customer, instead of ignoring and avoiding me. We've hosted this party for the past 9 years and we've never had an issue with kegs we got from other vendors. I've also bought beer at this Huntington store and their Melville location many times in the past. There are plenty of distributors with good beer selections, though, so I'll be patronizing them in the future. Superstar has lost this customer for good.
