You have many things to consider when you are looking to recruit a new member of your team; the skills and qualifications required to fulfill a particular role are important but equally important, is the attitude and work ethic of an individual and how they integrate into your company and the existing team.
Without the right staff your business can't perform at it's optimum level and this can be detrimental to your company's reputation and productivity.
There are several reasons why you might consider using an agency; recruitment is time consuming, particularly for small businesses that lack an HR department. Advertising, waiting for applicants, screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews before finally making a job offer all mean time away from other business activity. In addition to this, you may find that there are no suitable candidates and have to repeat the process.
NXT Recruitment takes care of the entire process including, advertising. But that's not all; we actively search for the right candidate using our vast CV databases and contacts and don't simply wait for a candidate to apply.
In addition to convenience, we are experts in the field; we recruit on a daily basis and can provide much more detail about the candidates we present to you helping to build a profile of the person and not simply their skills. This is very important, as our clients do not have the time to get to know the candidates prior to employing them.
History
Established in 2014.
Incorporated in January 2014, we started by working from a home office in Carlisle. We have grown rapidly and soon concluded a collaboration agreement with a local consultancy firm which necessitated a move to serviced offices at Parkhouse where we are now. Soon after that we needed to recruit a third member of staff to handle the extra volume of work.
