I think the owner is Ben very cold very opportunist person. I took my Buick Enclave to him to replace a timing chain, we started with $1500 and ended up with paying $3200 He charged me $420 just to clean the cylinder head.This is the bill I got and he says to me in he's other message that he is not charging for the cleaning of the cylinder head.Some extras I understand like re&re starter and the cylinder heads but sized bolts and cleaning and inspecting heads is a bit sugar coating things as it took a lot of he's time.All parts was supplied by me. $2000 for timing chain/replace cylinder heads $420 to resurface/clean/inspect cylinder heads $150 for remanufactured starter $150 r&r starter $300 remove seized subframe bolts. Required drilling holes in subframe and using torch to unseize rusted nuts/bolts inside frame rail $30 diagnose starter $100 diagnose additional issues with engine when attempted to start timing chain repair. Pulled vehicle in to shop, removed valve cover, found damaged lifters/valves. Re-assembled and removed vehicle from shop while waiting for parts. Total 3150 as long as no other issues come up. then after this there was something else $50 more here he says, he is not charging me the additionel time for cleaning the heads, which he carged me $420 already. First I am hearing a charge for cleaning parts. Never take your car to this shop.People like this should be out of business. read more

i needed an inspection on my car after driving it back from B.C. 10 hours and stopped in Calgary for Out Of Province inspection to get it Registered in alberta. Its my baby i had inspected before buying it for $20,000 right and This guy decides he is gonna fail it for brakes which i bought and were in trunk and i know i want an alignment once i get snow tires off and back to original anyway and he looks at tires and say you need front end work. he has no alignment machine and does a visual { there was nothing broken and i had it aligned to satisfy and he said one rotor was .25 undr that is a 1/4 of a mm (a cunt hair) right . gives me a bill for $1400 and has time to do it today! so much for his kiji add special for half price $70 inspection. These guys are in in to win it and have the measurements and faults in before i had a chance to pay and run . thanks keep ther change . never again i deal with this shop who gouges customers. i got everything done under half the price and could have avoided the rotor hassle and hunting for a new one. oh yes they recommend changimg in pairs (lol) why do we turn rotors and must they match , it doesn t pull that is usually a bad wheel cylinder. never have i in my years has any braking issue changing only one if the other is within specs., The piston whell cylder sits how may mm Sky form the pad??? Duh ! wrong it doesnt change anything about braking being slightly thicker/thinner . as long as its with legal specs right pal.i should have wlaked when he failed the vehicle before me also They need business that bad i guess. Not my kind of shop , selfish and inflated prices. Stay away and shop around. read more

Recently moved to Calgary and needed an out of province vehicle inspection. These guys were awesome!! Always nervous as a female that I will be taken advantage of or spoken down to.
