I live on the West Coast and needed something sent to my 91 year old, Marine Veteran Dad who is a permanent resident of a long term facility. I needed something bright and fun that his eyes could follow (since he suffers from dementia). The shops owner said she was short handed that day but would handle my order personally. She texted me pictures of every balloon she had and I picked the ones I wanted. Made it so easy! She also delivered it to him herself and arranged them in his room for perfect viewing! Above and beyond kind! Thank you so much, you made his day!

The day of the delivery I called last minute and asked if I could get a photo of the flowers before they were delivered and then didn't even blink. About half a hour later I got a text with a photo. So cute! The lady I sent them to texted me at 2pm and said she couldn't believe I sent her flowers. She loved them. I also got a confirmation email that they were delivered and who accepted them. Overall a great experience. I hope to find many reasons to use this shop in the future. I wish all flower shops were this good. Thank you for great service.

Was coming to Arkansas for my wedding(Thorncrown Chapel really cool place check it out)…read more Weather was going to be really bad over on the drive down so rather than brave it the whole way decided to bring the car and rent a bike. We were doing a biker themed wedding. Being a current Harley rider and an ex Victory rider I decided to give the Indian Roadmaster a go. Well there's 2 Roadmasters, the original retro looking one and the not so special Roadmaster Limited. I opted for the Retro look because I think it's a more stand out looking bike and this is my wedding after all. Well we got there to pickup the bike, the website is wrong, both options were the Limited. I naturally was pretty upset. I made several comments and almost walked out without the bike which would've really screwed up our pictures. Being 700 miles from home, going home to get my bike wasn't an option. Anyhow long story short, they did just about everything they could to accommodate us in the end. It wasn't what we wanted but they did what they could to rectify the situation. If all their customer service is that good, definitely a place where you want to buy a bike from or get service from. Definitely a standup and standout organization.
