They buy direct from the artists, which allows them to continue to create art. We bought a gorgeous Ledger Art piece of work by Mike Marshall (Lakota), which is an investment piece. Prices are way more reasonable than Santa Fe would be. The proprietress is very knowledgable and was willing to spend time with us at closing to educate us on Native American art and the artist who created our piece. I cannot wait to come back.

The staff is kind and knowledgeable and the gallery is such a celebration of the incredible artistic talents of the native nations in South Dakota. This place is definitely worth your time. They have a lovely selection of Stickley furniture and rugs. HOWEVER, the owner (I think it was the owner) was exceedingly rude. He went out of his way to be rude in fact. There was nobody else in the store the entire time we were there, but apparently we were in the way. I told him we were from put of state, so maybe he knew we were unlikely to purchase? In my opinion that shouldn't matter.
