This is my first time writing a review but I feel that its well worth the effort to write my first one to express my appreciation to Nuvision Credit Union and all the effort that was put forth into helping to me secure a much better interest rate on a vehicle that was purchased from another state. Moriah Runyon and Julie Griffiths from the Wasilla branch, went above and beyond in their efforts to work with me and when all was said and done, saved me over 300.00 per month on the payments. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I have been a member of Denali federal Credit union since the mid 70"s and have never once regretted that decision. In all the years of being a member there, I have always been treated with the upmost respect and have always felt that they have my best interest in mind first and foremost. Monika is an awesome employee. Was trying get loan on a MH a California office started it and Monika saved it. Was ready to take your business else where when Monika in Wasilla Alaska stepped in starting helping when she was not getting any credit at the time. She had noticed the other employee in California had not been In the account for 4 or 5 days so she jumped in starting helping. I had called emailed left messages on the California employee with nothing in return no return calls no return emails. This is the reason we stopped by the branch in Wasilla to get help. Also her branch manager Jullie even did a follow up call with me to see if there was anything else they could do and let me know she got the review I wrote on her employee Monika and she would give her the the kudos that she deserves I would highly recommend this branch. I would just like to recognize Moriah and Monica for their excellence customer service they have consistently provided me. Whether in the branch, on the phone, or via email. They both have been really helpful to me with all my questions and needs. Being that I am a new full-time customer of NuVision, this has made my transition much easier. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I personally been a member for 5 -10 years and they have been quick to assist with any issue. I have worked in the customer service industry for about 20 plus years and I know how hard it can be to help a client get the outcome that the client wants and still maintain company policy and any state/federal rules. I have personal and commercial bank accounts at various banks and credit unions across multiple states. None of them come close to matching the service an attention I receive from Nuvision. Specifically, Brandon at the Wasilla Branch goes above and beyond to say hello and ask how things are going when I'm there. He is also always available if I run into a problem or have a question. Julie Griffith and her team do an amazing job even while very short staffed. Always a friendly environment and friendly staff. Julie sold me on a CD recently and so; I opened an account and invested. I went into the Wasilla branch to open new accounts and worked with Caleb Wilmink who went above and beyond to insure everything would be taken care despite all obstacles. When Caleb was out other members of the credit union stepped up and got answers. All round they have got a really great team there that cares. read more

The customer service we receive on a day to day basis is outstanding! The new Wasilla location is beautifully designed and we were very interested in the lounge furniture.
