Service tech was ok. But if you have a problem at all you're out of luck with these guys. You pay extra for that better service and they don't deliver at all. My refund first got denied due to the ip pin crap with irs so not their fault. But like last year all the loan process was clogged and slowed down due to that not their fault. Went back to get a larger advance this year and while filing my taxes loan button wasn't clicked, and it seem like that's the only time the advance can be requested. And since they forgot to click the button I don't get the only service I wanted from this company I can't get at all. And again it's taken 4 days thru emails to learn this from the tech who helped me. And it seems like he doesn't even want to try and fix the problem at all. I thought the $300 I have paid every year up to this point was steep...not anymore. I would go to the place in Walmart before ever going back to H&R Block. Only company I have ever seen that charges $650 an hour. Something tells me the mob doesn't even have rates this high!
