I believe her name was Tracy, but nonetheless, she had a very rude tone upon speaking with us. We asked all kinds of questions about a check being held, and after asking why she couldn't just call to verify funds (check was a cashiers check issued by a major banking institution) she yelled several times saying that she wasn't going to do that. Not that she couldn't... but that she WOULDNT. I couldn't believe the service that we received at this branch. It was unbelievably rude, and not a place I want to give my money to.

Yes, I am on a business account. They gave no notice of any changes to policy. Not even a sign or note on the drop box. Since I have a job like everyone else, I cannot do deposits in their 9-5 fantasy world. When I called and inquired, they said that too many people were using the drop box. Wow, way to punish the consumer! You certainly showed us. They want me to come into the branch and sign a contract for a special key just to use the afterhours drop box. Asinine is a word hardly strong enough. Asi-TEN! Unless you are trying to punish yourself just go to the Wasilla location. Over there it is butterflies and cotton candy compared to the detention center that is the Palmer branch.
