But for some reason i left them and went to another agent for the past 2.5 years due to the distance of my new home. Today i am happy to say I am back with them. Mind you i never changed Insurance, just the agents. Why did i leave them in the first place? I thought I needed an insurance agent that was easily accessible physically...meaning 5 minutes from my home. Wrong thought process. I called I called left a msg Left a msg drove there. N-A-D-A.........Hey thats not an acroynm...Thats Spanish meaning Those mofos were no where to be seen or heard from. So I immediately thought of the people that was always there for me, but took them for Granted in the past. " Hello Farmers Insurance " Old fashion person on the other line answering that phone. It was music to my ears. Pure accessibility. A real person on the other line, not one of those machines or please press 1 please press 2 or please press 3 for #%%#@!!!! Is Farmers insurance cheap? Competitive Is Farmers insurance decent? Comparable to others Is Farmers insurance hassle free? Depends on the agents Is Farmers insurance trustworthy? Definitely YES In this world companies are only worth a dam if they have good people to support them. I am a true believer in this all my life. I just lost focus since i thought i was with a big company and therefore i figured all their people are good...WELL i forgot the basics..
