WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So mad at the Manager. she tried to argue with me…read more When I proved her to be incorrect. I called earlier about their Return policy. She said "yeah you can bring them in" I was like ok do you have the smaller oz of "Gerber Rice Cereal" she said "No she only have them in one size" Little did she know I didnt have the 16oz of Gerber cereal in their original packaging. She never explained to me about the return policy. She had alot of misunderstanding. I then tried to explain to her that WIC customers can only get 24oz of Gerber Rice Cereal. She said "Dont talk to me about WIC", She also said "Look we are busy right now and I'm ready to close." I was already on my way there. So I got there I found an 8 oz Gerber rice cereal. I told her and she said "are you going to argue with me". Of course I said "no". No point because she didn't listen to begin with. She was very "busy" . NOT. When I was there she was doing nothing but Walking around in her office. "BUSY" what ever . I am done shopping there for my parents business.

I don't live in the area, but I visit Kenosha here and there to see family and love checking out…read morethe local shops and restaurants when I'm in town. On a recent trip, I was walking by Sandy Popper when something in the window at Modern Apothecary caught my eye. Unfortunately, they were closed at the time, so I made a note to return. On the next trip, after grabbing coffee across the street with a friend, we decided to stop in and finally check it out. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a very abrupt and rude, "We are closing in less than 5 minutes, just so you know." No hello, no welcome--just that. I completely understand if we came in close to closing time, but there's a polite and professional way to communicate that. A simple, "Just so you're aware, we're closing shortly, but feel free to take a quick look around," would've made all the difference. Instead, we felt so unwelcome that we looked at each other and walked right back out. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was both my first and last visit to Modern Apothecary. With so many kind, customer-friendly places in Kenosha, I'll be supporting other local businesses in the future.

Not only that, he changed my whole lifestyle and outlook on overall managing health and wellness. He started me on a path to managing myself and my family naturally and I'm so thankful. Another amazing story of success story I've had with Dr. Troy is a facial rash I was suffer from for over 6 months. I felt like a leper. I had been to three traditional doctors, with no true results. I received treatments from antibiotics, blood tests and several topical treatments. None worked and most had undesirable side effects. I finally called Troy, explained my problem, over the phone, he had a theory without even seeing me. He thoroughly explained my instructions and told me if it didn't work, to see him in two week. Oh, I also got scolded for not calling him first, lol! When I picked up the package, he had everything written out for me too. Within days, I saw drastic improvement in my condition. I think the rash and residue darkening, was completely gone in about 4 weeks. I could go on for days about how Dr. Troy has been there for not only me, but my family. I hope Dr. Troy isn't planning on retiring anytime soon.
