She has an incredible ability to help you figure out where certain feelings, emotions, and patterns are coming from and gently get to things that may be buried much deeper than you realize. She has helped me work through past traumas and issues that I didn't even know I was still carrying. I've learned so much about myself through the process and have been able to work through things that were affecting me without me even realizing it. She is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and truly amazing at what she does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering hypnotherapy or simply wants to better understand themselves and work through things that may be holding them back.

Nikki, once again, you are attempting to justify your refusal to issue a full refund, and in doing…read moreso, you have provided information that is inconsistent with the documented facts. First, I did not attend three sessions. I attended TWO. I have included our entire text message exchange, not just selected screenshots, to provide a complete and transparent record supporting my account. Your statement that I attended three sessions is inaccurate. Your continued reliance on incorrect information to justify withholding a portion of my payment is concerning and reinforces my impression that financial considerations have taken priority over client trust and satisfaction. Second, your claim that you were unaware I was still under hypnosis when you attempted to sell me an approximately $2,500 package for my daughter and me directly contradicts what I experienced. You completed your sales pitch while I was still under hypnosis and THEN counted me back out of hypnosis from 1 to 10. I distinctly remember this sequence of events. If you genuinely did not realize I was still under hypnosis, why did you count me back out AFTER completing your sales pitch? How could you have been unaware of my hypnotic state when you were the person responsible for bringing me out of it? Your explanation simply does not add up. In your own response, you acknowledge that I was not fully alert, referring to it as a "hypnotic hangover." As the professional conducting the session, ensuring your client is fully alert before discussing significant financial commitments should be a fundamental responsibility. Third, you reference my positive experience with you ten years ago. That is precisely why I returned, and what makes this experience so disappointing. I specifically sought you out because you had earned my trust a decade earlier. I remembered feeling comfortable and supported in your care. Unfortunately, ten years is a long time, and people change. The professional I remembered was not someone I associated with repeatedly promoting books and expensive treatment packages. During these recent appointments, I was encouraged to purchase your $20 book and subsequently presented with an approximately $2,500 package. I left feeling more like a sales opportunity than a client seeking help. Hypnotherapy requires an extraordinary level of trust. Clients place themselves in a vulnerable position, relying on the practitioner's judgment, integrity, and professional boundaries. That trust should never become secondary to making a sale. There is nothing wrong with running a business or charging for services. My concern is the timing and circumstances surrounding your sales pitch, particularly when I had not yet been counted back out of hypnosis. Your reference to my satisfaction after the first session does not invalidate what happened during the second. Both experiences can be true. Regarding the refund, I discontinued treatment because I no longer trusted you to provide my care. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, you have defended withholding my money by referencing a third session that I maintain never occurred. Your closing remark, "I hope you get the help you need," also comes across as dismissive and unprofessional toward someone who sought your help in good faith. This was never simply about money. It was about ethics, informed consent, professional boundaries, and accountability. I returned after ten years because I remembered someone I trusted. I will never return again because that trust no longer exists. I stand by my review, and I encourage prospective clients to review the documentation and draw their own conclusions. Ultimately, your response has only reinforced the concerns that prompted my review in the first place.

They taught us as parents how to maintain his success. Before the PHP our family was in distress and falling apart. We were walking on eggshells. Rogers has has lifted a huge burden from us. I highly recommend them.

I stuck it out for 5 weeks but wish I had trusted my gut sooner. Staff appears to be overworked and overwhelmed. They are all very young. That's not their fault. Like I said, they were all very well-intentioned. But I've been told by other OCD experts in the area that IOP programs like Rogers just aren't the same after COVID when the demand increased exponentially and therapists became burnt out and left. Additionally, the way ERP was done here wasn't for me, even though I did my very best at it. Inference-based CBT has been the answer to my recovery and I'm IMMENSELY grateful for it. I don't regret my time at Rogers but, if I could go back, I would pay out of pocket for a private OCD therapist instead, preferably one who does I-CBT, not just ERP. The way ERP is done here was not helpful for me and obliterated any former trust I had in myself. When I explained how things were done here to other OCD therapists they said they were disappointed but weren't surprised. I wasn't the first to tell them about it. I didn't bring this up during my time there because I would have been gaslighted "that's just your OCD". If you're reading this and you have OCD and ERP did not work for you (or if you just don't vibe with the concept of it) recovery is possible with I-CBT. You don't need to tolerate uncertainty where there is none. No more "maybe, maybe not". You can trust yourself and your senses and live in freedom.

Going into his office for the first time, I was a closed off, withdrawn child who did not understand the value of opening up to others. Dr. Fox provided me a place to vent all of the frustrations I had kept inside. Looking back, I feel like he knew the proper techniques to connect with with such close minded people because over time, he helped me tear down the walls I had built around myself and pushed me to connect with others. Even as I matured into a young adult, he pushed me to pursue my better self. I found our later conversations to be very enlightening, as I was able to speak with him seriously on a philosophical level. Through our discussions, I was able to understand Dr. Fox's level of education. This was especially important to me because it allowed me to have intellectually stimulating conversations I wouldn't have otherwise. I would always be able to take away some form of knowledge that would change my perception of the world. That being said, my appointments were just as much an educational experience as they were therapeutic. Was every visit productive? I'll be honest, they weren't. There were some appointments that were filled completely with small talk and awkward silences. However, therapy is a time consuming process. It requires patience from both ends in order to see results. I felt Dr. Fox honestly sympathized with my issues, which was what pushed me to continue even when there were lulls. Dr. Fox has become a trusted confidant of mine over the several years I have known him. If anything traumatizing were to happen to myself or anyone I know, he is the first person I would call.
