I made the appointment, and on the day of, I made it a point to be polite to the staff. I walked in and the front desk person was on the phone. I waited at a respectful distance, until she was ready for me. A massage therapist came out of the back, looked at me like I was scum and ignored me. The other woman finished her call and rudely asked what I was there for. I handed over my i.d. and paperwork, which she rudely snatched out of my hand and told me to "sit over there and don't touch anything", so I sat down and waited. I was called back to the bathroom by a staff member who was just as rude as the other two, and woukd not give me the chance to explain that I am in renal failure and while I had been chugging water, I have no control over my urine output or frequency, but the woman sighed and acted like I was lying or something. I gave the sample but it was not enough. I offered to try again when I could but was told "we don't have time for that!". Overall I felt humiliated by the treatment I received, and by being dismissed by the staff as if I were somehow 'less than'. I will NEVER go there as a patient and am looking for some place else to do my drug test!

I want people to know to beware of this nursing home. My mother is a court ordered resident there…read moreand am her legal guardian. On April 22, 2018. , I was visiting my mom there. At that time I was there with my uncle. My mom expressed that she was being abused there, saying that the violently lifted on her constantly digging their fingernails into her arms. When she protested that they were hurting her, she said that they told her they didn't care. I personally saw the unbandaged cuts and bruises on both her arms, with my uncle as a witness. When we decided to leave that day, I confronted the nurse about the the abuse, which I am supposed to do as my mom's guardian. After complaining vehemently to the nurse, my uncle and I left. We got 15 miles toward home when the police pulled us over as a result of the Donellson healthcare nurse calling the the sheriffs office. I was arrested as a result of the Donellson healthcare nurse calling the police on me as a result of my complaint. I had to spend a night in jail and pay $147 fine as a result of complaining about Donellson healthcare centers abuse. The last time my uncle and I were there, mom's supper was a spoonful of potato salad and five Cheetos. My mom mom, who's name is Sandra Deck, is becoming very thin and malnourished. She has stage four metastatic cancer and they are refusing to do anymore cancer regular cancer screenings, much to my protest. They lost her dentures and broke her brand new glasses that I paid $575 for. Now they have told lies about me and are proceeding to remove me as guardian in July 16, 2018 hearing and as result, I could go to jail. But I know I did the right thing for reporting them for abuse. It's difficult to tell how many others are being abused there; I suspect it may be many. My recommendation is NEVER put one of your loved ones in Donellson healthcare center. They are truly mean people. Avoid at all costs placing anyone there, as you may end up in legal jeopardy because of their vengeful actions. They are abusers, and they do and will lie to cover it up, so beware of Donellson healthcare center, avoid them at all costs or your fate could be the same as my mom and myself. I genuinely hope as many persons as possible see this review.
