Then, I waited two months to see their actual doctor, got to appt on time and 45 min later told that the doctor did not come in as usual at 9:15. Then, I was there an additional 2 hours while they wrote me a refill on my Rx and printed out results from a test taken two-three weeks ago. They blamed myself and the other patients for their issues. They refused to help with my issues that I came in to speak to the doctor about, and they also violated HIPPA by explaining my entire case file with the entire staff within earshot of every patient on the non-urgent side and the waiting room. Also, if you request assistance with pain, such as pain management and what to do about it as a tonic-clonic epileptic, they treated me like a drug addict trying to get pills. Unbelievable waste of several hours.

As far as quality goes though there is much to be desired. The lady that took the needle out after I donated, I believe her name was Divia, Really needed to change her gloves, the palms of them were brown, and they were wet, I think she had just been washing her gloves. This is unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. Besides this, though I have had good experiences, Brian Leer, one of the phlebotomist, is amazing. he's always friendly, he does a very good job. Probably the last thing I would like to mention is the conversation of the staff and the content on the TV is straight up inappropriate most the time. I don't watch TV anyways, but there's six of them and I can't help seeing it sometimes and the last time I was there, they literally had naked women on the TV for most of the time I was there. If you want to watch pornography, that is your prerogative, but I'm coming to your establishment to do business, I don't want it in my face the whole time. I don't think any of this is unreasonable to mention and I hope someone in authority can correct these issues this place has plenty of potential, but there are some things that need to be addressed.

Nobody feels well after donating and that kind of treatment afterwards is just shameful!!! Filthy bathrooms with no toilet paper, cuz they only clean once a day. Pay has gone down so much it's not worth it unless you're a new donor. It used to be $80 each time if you donated twice a week. Then they announced a $20 drop out of nowhere. Like they aren't making enough selling our "liquid gold"! Now the pay goes keeping your iron level just perfect to cheat is even more...not too high, not too low. They're so predatory they really need to be regulated by the state.
