Someone from another location called while I was there (Stephanie?) and was pretty rude to the staff member I was there with (she was on speaker phone). The hard copy information they give you is seriously lacking, needs editing, and is also not very informative. I signed up for the 8 week program so we'll see how it goes. This includes blood work, EKG, blood pressure, body scan, and weigh in. I haven't started yet, still waiting for blood work results. Once their doctor reviews the blood work to determine if or which injection is appropriate then you can start. I am looking forward to starting tirzepitide hopefully Monday. There was another member there when I arrived and she was telling me how happy she is with Premier and is down 15 lbs in two weeks. Again, we'll see. To be continued......

The negative comments made me nervous because I depend on a good endocrinologist for a condition which, if not managed well, could be a life or death situation. But this was who my primary sent me to see so I went... The office is nice and clean with excellent covid protocols. The front desk staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. They send the New Patient Paperwork via email and I had filled out the paperwork and scanned it back. I met with the nurse first who checked my vitals and took my information down. She was also very nice. Then Dr. Placheril came in, discussed my condition and got to know me. I was really impressed. Having a rare adrenal disorder I am used to being with doctors who don't know as much. Dr. Placheril was very knowledgeable and the latest information on Addison's. She discussed the most recent information and gave me a change to make which will help. I was extremely impressed!! I am thrilled to find someone like Dr. Placheril. She listens well, is knowledgeable and keeps up-to-date with the latest medical information in her field. I trust and recommend her and will definitely go back.

Despite doctors' assurances that my condition would improve over time, it did not. A friend from Tampa recommended Dr. House's alternative health clinic in Sarasota. I decided to drive down and ended up staying in Sarasota for a few days to receive treatment. The results were amazing. Dr. House's completely alternative approach to modern meds brought me improvements I hadn't seen in over three years of suffering. I am planning to schedule a follow-up treatment and just need to take a few more vacation days. Thank you, Dr. House. God bless!

He did bio puncture on me and used his Chinese medicine and soon I had no pain at all. He saved me from having back and neck surgery. His office is nice and comfortable and his staff is amazing. Even when I was crying in pain he would make me laugh (all without trying). He has great stories. He takes lots of time with his patients and gives great medical advice. I am not going back to him for weight loss as I have seen some amazing before and after pictures of his work! One person loss 35 lbs in 1 month with his "all natural" herbal remedies. I would not believe this stuff worked if I did not experience it first hand. If you have any kind of back pain, neck pain, hip pain etc. I strongly suggest you go see him! He will make you feel better, make you laugh and have deep talks with you about life. He's amazing.

She believes in preventative care and is extremely professional. Her offices are clean and well run, she truly cares about her patients, and she is easy to talk to. Since money was always an issue for me, she went out of her way to give me samples or discount coupons on my prescription medications, when they were available. She also made sure to discuss every aspect of life with me that would affect my health; such as diet, stress, excercise, family history, and overall well being. She has also given me excellent referrals and worked with my insurance companies to make sure that my preventative care is covered. Sometimes her office staff and nurses can be pushy or rude, since she is in a shared office complex with other doctors.

Dr. Kendra Durham stated during my initial visit that she had experience treating my condition and that she had successfully treated other patients with similar issues. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care.
