She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? We've reported this to the Nevada State Board of Health and are urging others to be cautious. If you're considering spending your hard-earned money here, think twice.
