Orley made time to stop and at least fix it so I could turn the water back on last night. Avoid. Received a…read morequote to install a backflow preventer to Naples city code. Paid in full immediately upon install and asked if they'd cover any problems if it didn't pass the inspection. They said "you're family now!" And that it would all be covered. Failed inspection. Suddenly they wanted more money to fix it. They fixed the first error after more than a week delay, but failed a 2nd inspection!! ... because ... wait for it ... they reinstalled the backflow backwards!!! Had to come out to fix their 2nd totally incompetent mistake. I had been willing to accept that mistakes happen and not leave a review along with giving them the extra money for their time, but they went too far when they immediately sent the bill (for what they had promised to cover) that was marked Past Due the day they issued it. I was traveling and texted to let them know I'd pay once it was confirmed to pass inspection and I had a chance to make sure it was functioning (about a week). Nope, they demanded payment immediately. What kind of family is this? Consider this a notice of divorce, Personal Plumbers. Lady on the phone seems nice, though.

If I could give less than one star, I would…read more Water Works Plumbing has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I've had. They came out on a Friday to install shower hardware, balance and secure a couple of toilets, and fix a leaking toilet gasket. Unfortunately, the situation was mishandled from start to finish. The plumber installed the shower hardware but only after the fact did he inform me that the pipe was misaligned (which he blamed on the tiler) and that he "had to make it work." In doing so, he chipped the brand new tile that was just installed, and his solution? He colored it in with a blue Sharpie. Yes, you read that correctly. And instead of alerting me before doing this damage, he waited until everything was done and there was nothing I could do about it. As for the toilets, despite assuring me that he had fixed and balanced them, they are still wobbly and unstable to sit on. Lastly, he told me he couldn't fix the leaking gasket because he didn't bring the correct part. So essentially, I was paying for someone to leave things in worse shape than they were when they arrived. To make matters worse, when I called the company the Monday morning to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. The woman on the phone sarcastically told me that she doesn't know why the plumber didn't take photos, "because she isn't a plumber." Since when is taking accountability exclusive to plumbers? On top of that, she told me they haven't even sent me the invoice yet, so they couldn't "do anything until later." While I understand Water Works Plumbing has some good reviews, this experience speaks volumes about how they handle mistakes and customer care. Whether I got a bad plumber or not, the dismissive treatment I received afterward guarantees I will never be using their services again. Proceed with caution.

Cape Coral, Florida…read more No doubt great reviews influenced my selecting them as one of four plumbing companies to estimate my major job. Their website very completely and accurately outlines their work and I was most comfortable with my first impression. It was a true bonus when their quote was half the price of the other three. This was a complete whole home re-pipe following a total failure of the original (1986) copper pipe (beneath the slab) installation. Just getting home repairs in this area is a challenge now due to the recent devastating Hurricane and I contacted seven companies to get four to visit and bid. My previous 'go-to' plumbing co couldn't take on a job of this scope. The expertise of this 5 man crew was wonderful to see and they were truly a team. They all knew exactly where and what to do. They completed and tested their work in a half of a day. This was on a Friday before President's Day weekend and on Tuesday (after city's inspection) their Drywall Crew expertly replaced All of the Many removed panels. Drop-cloths to cover everything followed by vacuum cleaning. This was a difficult project in an open, vaulted ceiling custom designed home with Very Limited attic available. The quality of their work and use of strictly first-class materials (all with solid 30 Year Warranty's and two year labor) confirmed my choice of them from the other recommended (by friends & family) local establishments who bid the job for me.
