It's been many years since my last treatment with a chiropractor. For months on end I kept telling myself that I need chiropractic treatment. My son recommended NuSpine since he recently was treated here. I went today and I'm so happy I did. First treatment and I felt some relief. I know I have a ways to go in order to get to feeling 100%. I signed up for the Care Plan which is $89 a month for 4 visits and it includes the hydrotherapy. There are other plans but for what I know I need, I'll benefit from this greatly. I came in here in tears and a pain level eight and I'm leaving at my first appointment with a level one pain. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind the doctor really make sure that you're safe for adjustments before doing them, which I know a lot of people are nervous about. This was my follow up to my initial visit and I couldn't be happier. I came in to get adjusted and the doctor did just that. This place is really clean and such a peaceful environment. I am writing this review to warn others about Nuspine's predatory billing practices. My husband and I had a terrible experience that cost us hundreds of dollars. We canceled our monthly memberships, but they charged us again. Instead of a refund, they talked us into accepting a "credit" for 14 future services. The catch: we had to use it within a year. The real problem started later. WITHOUT our permission and WITHOUT any warning, Nuspine secretly started charging us the monthly fee AGAIN before our credit year was even up! We didn't notice until we saw four months of charges on our bank statement. They were so sneaky that they didn't even send receipts for the first two months! When we confronted them, they refused a full refund. Their excuse? During the time we were being illegally charged, we went in for one service (which should have come from our existing credit). They used that visit to justify keeping one month's fee. This is a scam. Stay away from this company. They will continue to charge you long after you've canceled, and they will find any excuse to keep your money. Check your bank statements carefully if you do business with them. We are now having to dispute these charges with our credit card company. read more

Not only is it extremely fair priced but every time I come here, I leave in such a better place than I showed up. I've had back issues for about a year now and there really was nothing helping me until I found nuspine. Dr Vogt adjusts me once a week. He has single handily brought motion and flexibility back in my back! Before nuspine I could barely bend over without being in pain! Love love love coming here! I switched chiropractors when my husband started coming here and he would rave about how quick, easy, and great his experiences were. I love the fact that you can just walk in, no appointments necessary! I feel like they really value me as a customer here. I get greeted right away and the receptionist is always super nice and friendly. The doctor actually takes the time to ask what's going on and tailors his treatment to what I'm there for. Our daughter saw Dr Kris first time and her experience was extremely positive ! Firstly Dr Kris was very very nice n spend a great deal of time explaining to her how her sleeping postures will affect her skeleton structure .. he also explained every process he took w her in the most respectful way - speaking to a 20 year old college person n leaving such a lasting impression to her is probably what I as a parent appreciated from Dr kris ..he takes the time to ask questions n explain n encourage her to be mindful of good postures etc .. also Melissa is extremely friendly n welcoming.. overall my daughter felt reAlly good having Dr Kris adjusted her postures n expresses desire to return to him for future treatments ... NuSpine 101/Mayo- Dr Mancuso is awesome... I am a dentist and have been struggling recently with pretty severe neck and back pain. Dr Mancuso immediately identified my issues and did an adjustment that day that had me feeling better than I had in a long time. i realize this will take time and many adjustments to truly get better, but already after a few visits I feel real hope that progress is being made. First ever experience with chiropractic adjustment. Found the website online, and it was a very easy process. Filled out a few forms then later got a call from the nuspine office for an appointment. Came in the next day and talked it over with Dr. Wagner( hope I'm not wrong on the name). He explained to me all I needed to know about what seemed to be the problem with my overall spin and tensions in my body. He then began to start the adjustment throughout my body.
