    Waiting room I spent over an hour in. What is with these duplicate pictures?

    Came for a sports physical, and checked in online. Was text to come at 4:08 and the appointment would be within 15 minutes of that time. We were then told it was a 45 minute wait, so we left and came back as advised and told we wouldn't lose our place. Finally, we were brought back and put into a room, where we waited an hour longer. This is a sports physical, it takes no time. I will not be returning. Do not bring your business here, never again. Urgent Care is much better in my experiences.

    I hate to leave such a low review, especially when the doctor and all employees were so courteous. Unfortunately this location was very poor with handling the flow of patients. I thought I was saving time by checking in online but it didn't make any difference. There was nobody in the waiting room when I arrived, I was told that just one patient was a head of me and that he just went in and some others are finishing up back there... no problem. But I ended up waiting for soooo long in the end even though they were not busy (based on what I was personally told when I called them on the drive over and also by the comment made when I arrived too). I was extremely patient when I got there especially because I wasn't in any excruciating pain... thank god. I started to become impatient though upon the 2nd hour. I literally did not see a Doctor until THREE HOURS later (not exaggerating, arrived at 2:30pm but didn't get to the back until 5:30pm). I was almost ready to just leave minutes before I finally got called. Imagine what it would be like if they were actually busy! I hope management takes this review into account for constructive criticism, as I think this problem can be solved if they work on a better system to organize the flow. I never had this kind of issue at the other CareNow locations, even when the patient count was higher too.

    What a difference between one CareNow facility and another. And how the visits can be so vastly different. After my mom-in-law was diagnosed with COVID a couple of weeks ago, wouldn't you know, in the following days, my wife and I also contracted COVID. Because it was a Sunday and we couldn't see our personal doctors (and felt warmed-over-shit), we decided to make our way to urgent care. And since our visit with my mom-in-law went so well only a few days earlier, we tried to make an appointment at the same CareNow we took her to. Unfortunately, that facility was fully booked, so we made our appointments for CareNow, located at 4075 S Durango Dr. (and Flamingo) Ste. 108, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Yikes, this place is absolutely atrocious. Our appointments were scheduled, and online forms were filled out, but we still had to wait well over one hour. The two receptionists gabbing away with personal jibber-jabber was quite annoying to listen to for almost an hour. In the one hour, we waited, only one patient came out from the back area, so what [in god's name] were the four people doing in the back office? My guess is, like the two receptionists, gabbing away with personal chit-chat. Even after we were seated, we still had to wait another 15 minutes for the Nurse Practitioner. Both my wife and I were charged individually, but when the NP came in, she only looked at my wife, and while walking out the door, she looked at me and said: "you don't look so good, either." I, of course, said we were here for the same reason, and then she looked at me, but not to the extent she did for my wife. A sexist is my guess. Or maybe I just looked shocked and surprised that she was about to walk out the door without even looking at me. She did listen to my chest after I gave her a brief cardiac history and said I should go to the emergency hospital and get checked for atrial fibrillation. Uh, go to urgent care to be told to go to ER at a hospital when I told her my history? Obviously, this NP didn't care about or listen to what I said. So I chalked it up to a waste of time and was prescribed some cough syrup and pills, and we were charged double for the 90 waste of time. The bottom line is, forget CareNow Urgent Care (at least this one and the other I reviewed) and wait for your doctor. As it turned out, when I finally made it to my doctor, she prescribed prednisone for inflammation, an inhaler, and a nebulizer, which I'd never received. But that's Las Vegas medical care for you. Don't waste your money or time at any CareNow Urgent Care.

I immediately called this location since it was close to the field and it was in-network for insurance to make sure they had an x-ray machine onsite. We drove directly there. We carried him inside and there was no greeting from the receptionist. I used their machine to check in and finished the forms via a link sent to my cell phone. I was called to the front desk shortly after; again, no greeting. I was told the copay. This was clearly a business interaction. No compassion. No concern. No empathy. All business. So disappointing. Nonetheless, I too have a job to do as a Mom, get my son care so I ignored it. The nurse who called him back was sweet. She offered a wheel chair, and was kind as she took his vitals. Then the doctor came in. We told her what happened and she ordered an x-ray. She didn't attempt to move it or really do any examination. Quite emotionless as well, but I digress. A travel x-ray tech arrived within 30 minutes from another location. She was nice. X-ray complete. Roughly an hour later we were told no break, no fracture, go home. The verbal instructions varied drastically from the paper they provided. I was confused. He was given a note to miss school Monday. We were also given lollipops. I was worried so picked up crutches for him to be safe since he wasn't weight bearing. Sunday it bruised a bit more and the swelling increased, still, he was in a lot of pain, the same Monday. Bigger his ankle got, and he told us it was tingling so we called back to CareNow and asked for an order for a stat MRI. We were told it was unlikely and we'd receive a call. It's now Saturday 4/4. No call ever came. We took him to his pediatrician on Tuesday who ordered a stat x-ray at Children's Bone and Spine and it was confirmed the same day that he has a bone fracture in his foot. He's now in a boot for 4 weeks and still on crutches. He has a follow up at the end of the month. Thanks for literally nothing CareNow (lollipops, don't count). No empathy, no accurate results, no follow up on your return call and no care for my child. You didn't deserve my copay, my trust, or my child. You impeded/delayed my job as a mother to help my son get better and without so much as a common courtesy, hello. Shame on me for not reviewing the reviews first.

I paid prior to being seen and again before I left. During the visit, Dr. Hamid asked about my occupation and proceeded to make negative comments about the company I work for, which felt completely unprofessional and unrelated to my care. After reviewing the X-rays, Dr. Hamid told me that nothing appeared to be wrong and that there were no broken or fractured bones. I went home expecting prescriptions to be sent in, but I was not provided with any medication to help manage the significant pain I was experiencing. Because the pain continued to worsen, I went to Southwest Medical the following day, where they repeated the X-rays. They discovered that I had fractured my 10th rib and prescribed appropriate medication to help manage the pain. Recently, I received a billing statement from Best Urgent Care that only reflected the initial payment I made before being seen. When I called their billing department, I was told they only see one payment and that there were two dates of service associated with my visit, which is completely inaccurate. I only visited the facility once. Between the misdiagnosis, lack of appropriate treatment, unprofessional comments, and questionable billing practices, this was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. It raises serious concerns about the level of care provided and how billing is handled for patients who may not fully understand their insurance. I would not return to this facility and strongly encourage others to carefully review their billing statements.

IncrediCare is exactly that: incredible care from incredible providers. You wait in the comfort of your home until IncrediCare arrives and then you head outside to their van! So easy and convenient. They are able to do everything your normal pediatrician can do. UTI? They can check for that! Strep concerns? They can check for that too. They provide quality mobile care that in my opinion is pretty hard to beat. So happy they accept Medicaid for these emergency visits. They have been a life saver. I checked in at the touchscreen and within about 15 minutes they already took him to the back. While I was finishing paperwork, Shae at the front desk was so friendly and attentive--she really helped calm things down. Then she brought me back to the room where my husband was already talking with Dr. Hansen. Dr. Hansen was awesome--he explained everything clearly and walked us through all the options so we could decide what to do. After that, Melisa took him for X-rays and everything just kept moving smoothly. Big thanks to Nurse Edric and Dr. Hansen who got his shoulder back in place right away, and to Virginia and Medel for taking such good care of him during the process. Everyone was kind, efficient, and really on top of things. What started as a stressful situation ended up being such a smooth and positive experience. She took her time and stitched me, tried to stop the bleeding and explained every single step of the procedure, as opposed to the radiologist that was a bit of a prick. I cannot even see the cut anymore, great job. She took pride and what she does and I thank her for her passion and dedication. Went back to remove the stitches, and met a Rn, very kind and professional as well. The whole process was fast and smooth, and they took care of me even if it was not part of my insurance coverage quick care . Definitely recommend this location!

Finally she buzzed us in and we took our seats waiting to be called. it said there was one person ahead of us in my txt message link. We sat in the waiting room for another 45 minutes watching everyone go back to be seen until I finally stood up to go ask why they haven't called us back yet? She replied the nurse called your name and you were not here. I told her that we were in the lobby and nobody called our name. Their front desk girl who was working at 9pm on May 18, 2026 was rude and had a bad attitude. She said we had to start our wait all the way over because we weren't there when they called our names and that there was an error on our registration paperwork. Mind you it is now 11pm and the lobby was still full. She didn't care my child was sick and didn't feel good, and that we had been waiting this whole time. It honestly could've been possible that the nurse called us back when we were stuck outside the front doors when she was taking forever to buzz us in the lobby. the owner should check the cameras and the time stamp. I paid a sitter to stay with my newborn so I could even bring my other daughter in. The whole thing was honestly a waste of time. She could've been nice about it and said I will get you back there immediately since you've been waiting but because she said we had to start the whole process over I was furious and left. We will not be coming back Get a new receptionist
