About 2 years ago it reopened, but seemed perhaps mismanaged: Their hours didn't extend as late as they might have, and their stock was often low -- both of these maybe as though they weren't confident enough about success and so they didn't want to put that much into it? And like magic, this Harmon, on Quaker Ridge in the North Ride Shopping Ctr- not far from the Hutchinson River Pkwy in New Rochelle, was resuscitated by a Westchester businessman who saw the need to continue. Hopefully other Harmon locations will reopen just like this one. This location has ample parking spaces and the inside, is just as spacious with wide aisles- something my local Harmon didn't have. I can easily spend a few hours losing myself in the hair aisle, nail polish, the makeup section- carrying all commercial brands like L'Oreal, Maybeline, etc and everything else for that matter. Let's start by saying I walked into this location to shop apparently my money wasn't good enough to…read morespend when your in retail and your with a customer, and then another customer walk in ALWAYS acknowledge the customer you will be with then shortly well in my case that didn't happen I stood at the counter, still she didn't acknowledge me so I left. I'm really annoyed with this location and there service, is there any such thing as good customer service skills. My advice to management please have and in service with all employees on their customer service skills, and how to acknowledge and be aware of their surroundings.
