I recently found myself in unfamiliar territory. It was 6:30 in the morning, and I could not get out of bed. I realize that this is a daily struggle for many people. And I sympathize. About the time my son was 12 months old, I realized that I wasn't the happy mom I wanted to be. I also wasn't the happy wife I wanted to be. And I couldn't put my finger on why that was the case, and I had no clue as to how to go about making the change I knew I so desperately needed. For all intents and purposes, our relationship was fine, we just were having some difficulty with making decisions together and working together to make the best life we could have.
