I sent a total of four emails and left two voicemails. I sent a video of my house via Perfection Cleaning Services website, clicked the tab to book services and selected my date and time. All of the booking seemed easy (once I stopped emailing since I wasn't getting return responses) and I was so happy when I got an email confirming the time, signed "Professional Cleaning Services" The day before the cleaning I called and left a voicemail asking if they prefer cash as method of payment and didn't get a call back. The next day, 15 minutes after the cleaning was suppose to start, I called to get an ETA since I had scheduled my entire day around this. Finally I got a call back stating the company does not take appointments online - take a look at their website though, the "BOOK NOW" button is the first thing you see. I told the owner that I was entirely disappointed and her response was "you should have texted me" I've attached photos of the emails I had sent and the one I received from the company confirming and quoting an in-detail deep clean.

I called a spoke with the kindest woman and she was very accommodating as they had to be done a specific day and time. On the day of the cleaning I met her son who was a pleasure to talk to and went above and beyond in cleaning our carpets! He even vacuumed the tile floor in our basement that I hadn't had time to get to myself!! They were really wonderful people who know exactly what they're doing. It was so refreshing!! It truly pays to stick with local family run businesses. I highly recommend Wright's and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

This place of business has horrible customer service. The…read morereceptionist is very rude. I ordered a cutout and I never received an email with a tracking number. So I called & The receptionist said she will send me an email just give her an hour. A few hours had gone by so I called back for an update. She tells me "just hold on"! She comes back to the phone and yells the entire number loud and super fast. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior. Dean, was more friendly then the receptionist. I will never order again from this co if I have to deal with her.
