Design Done Right has once again amazed me with a quick and professional response. I have done all my graphic work through Design Done Right, and quite frankly always will. I used them for my logo business cards, new logo, etc. Michelle always keeps me on track and gives me great designs. I recently had a website done by Design Done Right in Scranton, PA, called Staff My Salon, I paid several thousands of dollars for a site that never preformed correctly. The site was to be tested before launch, unfortunately their idea of testing was in house by there programmer who created it and not by actual users of the site. When the site went live and the public started to use it, it was confusing, hard to navigate and unresponsive,it also included several error messages because of broken links caused by poor programming.
