The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Now yesterday being Sunday they came out and cleaned my upstairs for about 2 and a half hours. Today a new team came back and tackled my main floor. These 4 ladies are my saving angels. From top to bottom, inside and outside of my fridge, stove, cabinets, floors and everything in between. May these 4 ladies be blessed and continue what they do. I will definitely recommend Streakfree Cleaning. The price they quoted was very reasonable.

I had an appointment that fit in my schedule and Barbara called a couple of times confirming my appointment. The 2 ladies showed up and gave me another estimate so I had the right amount. They were so professional and hard working. My place looks amazing (sorry no pics) and I'm comfortable with living there now. This is the 3rd cleaning service I've used in the year of being in PA... the others were so expensive ($300-400) for a move-in clean and I thought it was acceptable because I wanted a deep clean. These ladies did just as great a job as any other companies and charged me half that price! I didn't get taken advantage of with their prices... I love when I find an honest business to provide the service I need and we can both support each other! I'll be using this service monthly and when I move out to get my deposit back.

He went beyond what I have received from other painters that I've had in my home and took care of things that I didn't have the time to do myself. I was also surprised to see the amount of effort he took to prepare the rooms for usage on the days between completion of the job. A week later it was returned with a strong floral smell plus our dog odor and it still didn't look clean. I gave it almost a week to see if the smell went away~ it was nauseating me. It was so smelly that it was smelling in the other room. Not wanting to experience more failed carpet cleaning from Jewell, I took out my bissel home carpet cleaner and clear water from the tap, and proceeded to try to remove the disgusting floral smell. The carpet released foamy DIRTY disgusting water; I had to go over it twice to get rid of the foam. The carpet looks clean now but I can still smell the nauseating floral a room away. I called the owner to inquire about what the " deal" was with the dirty water from my own carpet cleaner. She told me that I could expect that because I was using " steam" cleaning on my own.( No, I was using warm water) I invited them to come and look at the DIRTY water ( I saved it in a bucket), and she said her husband was " too busy". After YELLING at me, ( to which I said I felt like she was yelling at me and she replied, "YES I AM YELLING AT YOU!!!!!), she offered to pick it back up... after suggesting the problem was MY dirty carpet cleaner, and stating that they had been in business YEARS. As though that matters to me; I have a mess on my hands. No thank you, I'll pass on a redo by Jewell. My question: Why should I pay $88 to have to spend 3 hours cleaning the carpet myself and still have to deal with a stinky nauseating smell... and to experience being yelled at by the owner? A simple apology and refund was in order. So simple. Shame on you, Jewel Rug.
