Given the fast preparation, I wasn't expecting much but what awaited me was the BEST Pad See Ew of my life - such robust and delicious flavor, the consistency of the noodles were perfect (not too hard and chewy but not over cooked to the point of being too soft). There's nothing that shows off good cooking as much as doing a simple, classic dish really really well. We enjoyed our order so much that we went back and ordered a second one (this time with beef). Again, the food came very fast even though by this time, the line has gotten pretty long and the sitting area is basically full of their customers. But you SEE, everyone must know this is the best place to get fast, cheap, and delicious food at the Sydney Airport.
