Fourth, when I called and asked them to come back (Colliers would always offer this at no charge), they said the biology of spiders is too difficult to really guarantee anything. He told up specifically to call in September and they would come and respray and it would be included. They just came out and reapplied and then proceded to charge us 600.00. I called and explained and the gal told me they did not guarantee wood structures so we would need to pay (one structure is log home). I explained that the Tech in the spring explicitly told us to call in Sept and it would be free. She replied that was not how it worked...... I offered to try and "work something out" and was told she would take us off the schedule...... VERY BAD.

I did ask numerous questions about the products being used. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the products (what they are made with and what exactly they do). The work was done quickly, on schedule and it actually smelled fantastic. Thank you Parker!

Termite Inspection:…read more They do not listen, talk down to you and blow off your concerns. They charge you to come out to do a full inspection of your home to determine if you have termites and develop treatment plan. He barely did an inspection and when I asked if he was going to look in the attic like I requested when I made the appointment Greg told me it was not necessary. The only provided one option and when I asked if there was another, he said he would get back to me.... never did. Well recently I wen up into my attic and there is evidence of past termite damage. When I callled back I was told that inspecting the attic was part of what I paid for and that I would recieve a call back from the superisor that day or the next.... 3 days later and no call.

Rose Pest Solutions came out to spray for spiders today (after two weeks waiting). We've been…read morecustomers of Cobb's who was bought by Rose; Rose was recommended by the previous owner...so we stuck with them. When Cobb's had come out (and every other pest service we've ever had) they would sweep for spider webs to discourage new spiders from taking up residence. This is not the case for Rose...when I called to let them know this wasn't done, I was treated like I was asking for them to do my dirty laundry and scrub my toilets; I literally felt like I was going crazy, they argued with me for like 40 minutes!! All I asked was if they could come back to sweep for the webs because they have the tools to do that (like literally a 5 minute job). I was told that was not part of the service...for $225 dollars I would and did expect it to be. When I reminded them how much I was paying--they retorted "you must not value what we do!" I was also told to look at the contract which is very misleading because it says they "treat gables/soffits/eaves", the guy never sprayed these on the house nor did they clear away any of the existing critters living there...they did however douse our brand new shed with like 5 gallons?? They have ZERO customer service and clearly we won't be continuing with their service...

I have wasted at least 20 hours of my time waiting on techs that don't show up. I work for a small business and my time is expensive. Just to sit here and be unproductive is stupid. I have literally never had worse service anywhere, ever. I was told three different prices over several conversations with Orkin . Apparently they can say whatever they want to get your business because there's no paper trail over the phone. I was charged $307 despite my service not being completed. Instead of a reimbursement or working with me they said they will respray "free of charge". They never sprayed in the first place and grossly over charged me. Manager was unhelpful and inflexible. He did not listen to what I was saying at all and just repeated himself over and over. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Run far far away.
