They charge you to come out to do a full inspection of your home to determine if you have termites and develop treatment plan. He barely did an inspection and when I asked if he was going to look in the attic like I requested when I made the appointment Greg told me it was not necessary. The only provided one option and when I asked if there was another, he said he would get back to me.... never did. Well recently I wen up into my attic and there is evidence of past termite damage. When I callled back I was told that inspecting the attic was part of what I paid for and that I would recieve a call back from the superisor that day or the next.... 3 days later and no call.

Rose Pest Solutions came out to spray for spiders today (after two weeks waiting). When Cobb's had come out (and every other pest service we've ever had) they would sweep for spider webs to discourage new spiders from taking up residence. This is not the case for Rose...when I called to let them know this wasn't done, I was treated like I was asking for them to do my dirty laundry and scrub my toilets; I literally felt like I was going crazy, they argued with me for like 40 minutes!! All I asked was if they could come back to sweep for the webs because they have the tools to do that (like literally a 5 minute job). I was told that was not part of the service...for $225 dollars I would and did expect it to be. When I reminded them how much I was paying--they retorted "you must not value what we do!" I was also told to look at the contract which is very misleading because it says they "treat gables/soffits/eaves", the guy never sprayed these on the house nor did they clear away any of the existing critters living there...they did however douse our brand new shed with like 5 gallons?? They have ZERO customer service and clearly we won't be continuing with their service...
