Not only do they offer incredible products and run promotions all the time to add value to every transaction... They are customer focused. I have been in numerous times looking for items and instead of sucking me into something on the shelf, they've gone out of their way time and time again to find the perfect product for the customer. Yesterday I believe it was the Maine native Derrick working. Looking for a small pipe as a backup to when I'm cleaning my main pipe and everything in the cases were $28 and up... And I probably would have bought one, but after asking what I was looking for, he went out back to a shipment that came in and found a small $12 pipe. Literally basic and exactly what I was looking for. They may have only had a $12 transaction instead of $28... But I guarantee this will be my shop of choice going forward. Seriously great work guys

I hit some place in Brewer by Marks Music and they sold me a DTL vape that I think they were just trying to get rid of. I explained to these guys I was a 40 year smoker trying to quit. I did a ton of research after spending way too much money in their shop and getting screwed over imo. Turns out MTL is a far better option for a smoker because it mimics smoking to an extent. Ok backstory down now for the review: Empire Vape Shop on the main drag in Brewer I go in there explain to the guy what was going on what I was looking for and he walked me through a few options, I ended up with a VOOPOO gene which is amazingly easy to use. It loads the E-liquid super easy, the battery lasts a long time and charges super fast. The thing hits like a smoke and even give me a little lip heat when I hit it hard just like a hotboxed cigg which is my favorite feeling in the world of smoking... The guy ended up turning me on to this zero nicotine Cowboy's Blend which has a verry mild tobacco mimic and works perfectly for me to curb my cravings. ( I wanted to stay clean of nicotine which in the world of vaping is hard to find good e liquid that is zero nic) Can't thank the guy working nights enough, he saved me from going back to a near $100 dollar habit a week. I have been using that vape for awhile now on the first bottle of E-Liquid it's paid for itself 100 times over at this point. On top of it all it's zero nicotine so I don't have another habit I just use this vape now a year after quitting smoking only when im stressed to the max or when im out drinking or around other heavy smokers. I was having heart events which was the only reason I quit smoking, I genuinely think you guys may have saved my life unknowingly...

Due to covid, I don't go in with her. Today, she went & asked to use the reward points that an employee the last time we went mentioned she had accumulated, 10 stars, the rude employee she encountered today blew her off at first when she asked to use them and then, after asserting herself, said he "had to check" as if it was the most troublesome thing he'd ever been asked to do; he then told her that she didn't have enough stars and stated "I don't know what you want me to do" - I dunno, maybe honor your stores policy and reward points? Her card is directly linked with her rewards number, I'm quite confused how this all transpired, and she's used her debit/credit card on every transaction - which is super easy to look up (like we just did) and I'd love to see this review get refuted. I know this falls under consumer rights laws that protect Maine consumers and the AG monitors such. Also; they mark up prices to almost (if not more than) double to triple the amounts on some products they offer, she has been buying her coils and vape devices there (out of convenience) up until today, I swiftly started ordering all my non-liquid stuff via the internet a long time ago once I saw they were charging $60 for my $24 SMOK Novo 3. She continued out of convenience. Unfortunate. All this over asking for a $40 discount she is completely entitled to. It's just so rude, and she works so hard for her money and was so excited to save some today after months of patronage and allowing herself to be ripped off. Small things like this are really bad for your business in the age of digital reviews. I'm just glad I'm fairly familiarized with business law, specifically Maine state consumer rights law. While it may not help us since we no longer will support this business, it may help others - it will be good to see businesses held accountable for falsifying "reward" based programs to incentivize customers. We double checked her bank info before I posted this to ensure a fair review as to whether or not such a rating was warranted. Consumer rights matter!
