April quickly looked it up for me and walked me over to the other side of the same shelf, straight to the laminated map that I was looking for. Thanks, April! And thanks staff person in front who helped me out! I like everything about this Barnes & Noble, especially the people working there, but can management do something about the dingy old bathroom? It's convenient but also needs an upgrade in a major way. Anyway, I'll keep coming here in any case for the aforementioned reasons.

We were told delivery time was 4:30. On Saturday and Sunday, it was a morning paper and we were told 6:30 am. My biggest complaint is delivery time. I get up early, I like to have my coffee and read my paper to start the day. You have the ESTIMATED delivery time of 7:00am M-F, and 8:00am on Sat/Sun What a joke! If I'm LUCKY I get it at 8:00. Usually more like 8:15 during the week. And 9:00am on the weekends. This is not acceptable. I complain but it does no good!

I could do nothing. Their pricing is completely non-transparent and their renewal is predatory. Since cancelling, they will NOT stop calling me from different numbers at all hours of the day trying to get me to renew for $2 a year. I have asked repeatedly (at least FOUR times) for them to stop and they simply do not. The paper itself is fine - better than other local newspapers in the area, and a nice complement to more distant, TV sources. But the predatory nature of their subscriptions service has me refusing to do business with them ever again, even if it is $1-2 per year. No thanks. Stay away.

It's something you just don't get to experience with online ordering. Took my girls here to get some books for leisurely reading and they found quite a few books to get for themselves. They were happy with the selection they had available. A couple titles I wasn't able to locate for myself. Prices can be a little higher than what you'd find online at other retailers, so it's up to you if you want to instantly gratify yourself or wait for an online delivery. It's good to support the brick and mortar stores once in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful--even patient with my youngest daughter and her slightly unruly gift card which we finally got to work!

Ontario Provisions is better than Evolve By Hudson (the last store right before Gate 404) because it has Lakers and Dodgers gear! I almost bought a Shohei Otani shirt, but I probably don't need it. I like to look for unusual or clearance items... and merchandise that will fit in my luggage. This time, I was tempted by books, t-shirts, stickers, plushies, and snacks, but didn't get anything. Whew! Maybe next time?

I haven't really been in a Barnes and Noble since high school, so it was kind of nostalgic to be in one again despite me never being to this specific location, haha. It was cool to see such an expanded manga section, and that they even had more obscure titles and webtoons on offer. For the most part everything was clean and orderly, and fairly quiet too despite all the people. Didn't make a purchase myself, but a friend of mine walked away with two mangas on our visit.
