Great selection of product, very swanky and posh decor, and knowledgeable staff. I come here when I'm in the neighbourhood, though it isn't my first choice. Not that there is much to complain about. My only semi-gripes.. And this isn't really a fault of theirs, just sort of a missing perk that's pretty standard in the vape community. When I came in asking about my RDA's build, the girl working there asked where I got it, and I said my friend gave it to me. The girl then said something along the lines of, "We don't sell this here. Maybe you can get your friend to deal with it." Which, I guess I understand to a degree. (Other shops will sit down with you, check out your coils and build you some for free.) Also, the atmosphere is really sleek and nice, but also can be a little intimidating. My friend came in with me once and she said she was uncomfortable the whole time and felt like she was in a gangster bar. This is obviously a subjective point, but is something I thought I'd point out. On the flip side, they have an adorable little puppy that hangs out there and makes me smile every time I walk in :) Would return, but again, not my first choice. read more

Soooo.. I'm not a smoker and completely out of my element when it comes to my knowledge of E-Cigs. I was looking for different E-Cig juice flavours for my dad to use and had heard about Nuage from friends. I can say that it was a great experience from the start. The place itself has a cool vibe, loads of E-Cigs and juices, and you're greeted by plenty of friendly staff who are extremely helpful. In my particular case, Connie had helped me out. At first I just came into the store to find out what was wrong with my dads e-cig that he had bought from a different store. She helped diagnose what was wrong with it and pointed me towards coils that would get it running again. I asked about a million questions because I wasn't exactly familiar with the terms and such, but Connie really knew her stuff and explained everything to me. Never once was she pushy or telling me I needed to buy a new e-cig and I appreciated that. Now to the variety of flavours. This place is stocked with unique and really great flavours I couldn't even imagine. The variety is endless; I'm sure there is something for EVERYBODY. They range from decadent desserts to real light and floral scented flavours. I tested about 10 flavours and Connie had explained that each flavour is unique and they have different potencies, which was extremely helpful since I didn't know that and would have just bought the first thing that smelled/tasted the best. I ended up getting some great flavours such as aloe vera and lemon tea. Needless to say, my dad really loved the flavours and wants me to get some more All in all, my experience here was awesome. I liked the venue itself and the service I got from the knowledgable staff was first class all the way. I've been here a few times since; the service is always great and they are constantly getting new flavours of juice. I definitely recommend coming down and checking this place out for all your e-cig needs! You won't be disappointed. read more

Great selection of juices you for sure will be offered to sample. Alpha Vapes, OMG, Flavies, few Canadian brands presented as well. Comfy zone where you can build your setup. Great atmosphere, great people. That is why I keep coming back. I have not been at every vape shop in the city but this place definitely worth to chek out. read more
