Since I had a baby, my schedule made it difficult for me to use the monthly massages with my membership. I ultimately accrued a total of 4 massages that I hadn't used so I canceled the membership and when I did was told I'd be able to use the 4 credits I had. Well, that turns out to not be the case. I can't book online and they haven't answered any of my many calls!! (Previous to me cancelling they'd always call back within a day or so!)
