I only need 1 jacket (a blazer) and 1 shirt for a wedding on Jan 3rd, so I asked if they could be ready for pickup early on Jan 2nd, since we need to drive to Columbus to help setup for the reception that night and the wedding the next day. When I returned on the promised pickup date, she immediately snapped at me, asking if I had "not seen her call" from the day before. Then, with attitude, she told me the jacket couldn't be altered after all. So after holding my jacket for over three weeks...time that cost me the chance to return it, I was left empty-handed, out the money, and just a week from my interview. The worst part wasn't even the failed alteration, but the dismissive, rude way it was handled. I did not ask for her alternative plan; she offered it, reassured me it would work, and then left me in a worse position than if I had walked away in the first place.
