I recently had a window repaired by Wilke Window and Door of Shiloh, IL…read more I have no complaint on the quality of the service, however their pricing on labor is extremely outrageously high and very overpriced. Wilke charges $145, to give an estimate. Which consisted of a technician measuring the broken window and taking pictures. The total time spent at this service call was 15 minutes. This has to be pre-paid or they will not come out. They then give you an estimate for materials and service, and 1/2 of that needs to be paid in advance before they will order the materials and schedule a repair. The window replacement took a total of 1 hour, which consisted of removing the lower broken double hung window, and replacing it with a new one. Labor on this 1 hour was $243 So total labor for 1 broken window, total time spent, including two service calls was 1 Hour and 15 minutes. Total labor was $398 I tried to talk to the service manager about this, and he said basically that, it is what it is. I hope to never have to use them again.

Not limited to vanities, they also have doors, windows, columns, basically anything custom that didn't work comes here for resale. Everything is new. It was just the wrong size. Go check it out. Your house will thank you.

Their customer service (Alex was excellent and very knowledgeable about what we needed !!) and attentiveness to detail (Tina was wonderful and made sure we had all of our needs met!) helped ensure our project went smoothly and we were very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the entire process! We will definitely be using them for all of our future projects too!

Instead of picking the stands up on Thursday, I rented them on Friday and returned them on Monday. There was no charge for keeping them over the weekend.

Was throwing my hubby a birthday celebration at home and needed a few tables and chairs. When I called the store, the woman answering was very nice, pulled up my quote and educated me on the process. My hubby and I visited the week of. Unfortunately his SUV wasn't large enough to transport the tables and they didn't have delivery available. We borrowed a friend's truck to pick up the items. A mishap occurred when they gave us the wrong chairs which we were able to quickly exchange. The employees were very apologetic and recognized their mistake. My deposit was returned within a week. BTW, Their wedding decor for rent is really unique. Not that I will need that but fellow Yelpers, keep them in mind for your upcoming nuptials!
