I'm very impressed with the service I received from this company…read more I was told that I could expect my new window to be installed in August. They called me last week to say that my window had arrived and they could come and install it today. The men arrived on time and had the job done in 2 hours. Hacop & Matt were very professional. polite & efficient. They explained what they were doing along the process and showed me their work when finished. It looks great and I would choose this company again for window replacements.

We had 4 bedroom windows and 1 patio door completed by Ecoline…read more We originally went with this company as they told us that there were no glass delays for them and that everything was made locally. This was in 2021 when this was an issue. This ended up being untrue and everything was delayed. Install was finally completed in Jan 2022. Our patio door was the first issue that I noticed. We could barely open it. It took me over a year and countless visits by their techs to finally say that the door was defective. I stayed home for dozens of these technician appointments, missing work and activities/family time, and no one would take notes or submit paper work and it was ALWAYS me following up with the company for anything to be done. Their trim work is also done so poorly, it splits within weeks to months after install. They told me if I wanted it done nicely that I would have to pay extra. They also use a copious amount of caulk to fill in any gaps on the exterior. There was also damage to our walls and new flooring during the install. We had other windows done by another company as we were fed up with Ecoline. We had zero issues with any of these new windows from the other company. I am now dealing with our replacement patio door. It is bowed and now leaking cold air into the house. I have reached out to them Jan 20th and Jan 24th both with no response. I know this of course is going to be a painful process to get anything rectified and know that they will try and do nothing. They offered me the first time only 5% off any new windows for the headache. My question is, why would I ever want another subpar window poorly installed by them again. Lastly, they demand payment upfront and before any work starts. They will just stand there until they are paid. The employees told us, this is because the company will make the workers pay the company if a client does not pay. Highly unethical. A client should be able to pay once the work is done and you are satisfied, not before. There is no hold back in case poor work is done. I have lost countless work days, time with my family and energy with this company for them to rectify their issues. They are unwilling to make anything right. Stay away from this company. There are so many other great companies out there that deserve your hard earned money. Ecoline is not one of them.

Kind of underwhelming. When they came to inspect the work, all they did was fight me about nonsense of "what did the contract say". They beat me out of $6 in mouldings on a $6500 install. They must feel so proud of themselves...won't use again

HORABLE COMPANY!!! damaged our siding and will not fix properly…read more Our siding is a discontinued color and now we need to fix there **** up. All we asked that they pay half and they have refused!! Our bay window was not measured properly and they FORCED it in making more damage!!! Finished (according to them) job was poorly done with sharp edges on the windows.

I've always said that if you're going to buy a product or service, you'll be best served to buy…read morefrom a company that is purpose and values-driven. Buy from a business who believes that profit is the result, not the reason. I've known Adam Jones for just over five years now. He is a conscientious business owner who believes that if you're going to pay for new windows and doors, have them installed, they should be leakproof for a lifetime. Having known Adam for as long as I have I can attest to his efforts to build a company that stands behind their brand promise - a promise I simply don't see very often. There is no shortage of work for businesses like Adam's in Calgary and it would be easy for him to be transactionally focused - do whatever it takes to get the business, at any cost, and move on to the next customer. However, that's not what Adam believes. In fact, I've seen him say no to business. "If can't do it right, then we won't do it at all." I think the part about Adam that really stands out is that he's a continuous learner about business and he cares deeply about the social and environmental impact of his company's actions. I've witnessed Adam in peer advisory groups, sharing knowledge and encouraging other business owners to stand for principals and values... profit takes care of itself. While I have not yet had the need to purchase his services, I would not hesitate to seek his advice and buy from him in the future. If you have any questions, just ask.

Dale and crew did an incredible job. Their pricing was competitive and the service was excellent…read more Not only did they complete the job quickly, they did it without any mess. I was able to work from home in the next room and only a couple of times did I hear any noise that might have prevented me from being on a call. In addition our suggested placement of the windows would have made it look bad from the outside and Dale wanted to confirm the placement. After he pointed it out it made total sense and I'm glad we didn't discover after the fact the window should have been over 1/2 a foot after it was installed!
