Her response was to call over the braider and tell the braider that she could keep the difference as her tip. Made no effort to see if anyone else in the salon had change. I always tip, but to decide to keep my money for them not having change was classic. Thankfully Riyah, a good braider who has been there for a while, heard me tell the girl that she didnt get to declde to keep my money. Will have exact amount plus tip if I come back.

I received my appointment in an email or text message and was reminded before the appointment. I was greeted very nicely and introduced to the stylist. the salon is peaceful and beautiful and welcoming. my stylist Bre, discussed what i needed although i registered on line for the appointment. I was taken back to the sinks and she did a wonderful, but quick wash. I have natural hair since the Pandemic but she did a great silk press. I was so pleased with it. My hair was so soft and flat that I was truly shocked and it didn't take all day. The style fit me although we had never met but it was wonderful. I'm going to come once a month and hopefully, use the same stylist. I noticed them doing color and they have a makeup artist. Tis the season.

What I liked about it initially was the great customer service and the cleanliness I mean clean. I was greated witha bright smile and warm hello by the young lady in the first chair. I went on to inquire about services and prices , the prices were really reasonable and she seemed very knowledgeable about hair and the condition of mine. The whole exchage just made me want to get my hair done right then. So she proceeded to shampoo my natural hair condition it and silk it for 35.00 dollars and when I tell you it looked good!! ( like I had a relaxer and so much shine and movement) I was very impressed. But not just with my hair but witht the pleasant conversation and calm demeanor. If you get the chance go see her she is the manager. I will be recommending her to all of my friends.

This has honestly been the single worst experience I've had with a barber shop or salon, I used to…read morego to a salon but the owners retired so I had to find a new place and after seeing the great reviews I chose Supremes. I can't speak to the skills of the other barbers that work here but unfortunately for me I got Ron. I have long hair and what I asked for was a simple maintenance cut, even out the length and take about 2 or 3 inches off, what I got was a butcher job a 5 year old could have performed...he took more like 5 or 6 inches off the right side and 3 inches off the left leaving it very noticably uneven the back is the same it gets gradually uneven from right to left. The thing that bothers me most is he had me turned away from the mirror the whole time otherwise maybe I could have stopped him before he butchered my hair. I have a hard time believing a barber could be this incompetent to the point I almost question if Ron did this intentionally, needless to say I'll never be stepping foot back in this place again and I suggest anyone considering having their hair done here to think twice.
