It is with great displeasure that I leave this review on this business. I'm part of a Military Greek Letter Organization and feel the utmost need to report that this business essentially ripped us off; almost $3K!!! We hired this company to fulfill our crossing weekend gear (swag) order which consisted of 14 line jackets, sweatshirts and t-shirts. We were so excited to finally come across a vendor that was excited to work with us and get us squared away. Long behold, this ended up not being the case. Our Director of Membership who had been coordinating with them from Day 1 just happened to drop by the store 1 week prior to our crossing to check on our order that should have been completed. Come to find out, they had not even started on our line jackets, only some of the sweatshirts were done and no t-shirts. We had to run around and find another vendor to fulfill our order at the very last minute as a result of this business lack of fulfilling their duty to deliver. We refused to allow our newest Queens cross and not receive any kind of swag/gear to commemorate their entrance into our military sorority. What makes this even more upsetting is that the owner is a military veteran (Air Force) just like the rest of us and to have one of our own do us this way is completely incomprehensible. As an Air Force veteran myself, we are taught very early on to always live and breathe our core values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. It is very disheartening to see that this gentlemen DOES NOT live by these after his time in service. Fellow MGLO, D9, and any other customers of this business....please beware! I had so much trouble finding a quick, dependable embroidery shop in South Florida. After calling several businesses, they were all planning to charge a fee to digitize and embroider two t-shirts. Overall, the average price to embroider was about $25 per shirt. I asked Nu Creations to put three lines of font on the left chest, and sleeve; one line of Greek letters, and two lines of font. Jason was very kind and offered to price match the order; I was able to bring down the price to $20 per shirt. He was even able to complete my order within two days and did not charge an express fee. Compared to other Greek apparel stores, this order would've taken over five business days. I am extremely satisfied with the product and customer service. Not only did Jason knock down the price to $17.50 per shirt, he sent me a proof of the design and texted me constant updates about my order. Do not use this business! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. The owner stiffed us on our line jackets for our crossing then lied to PayPal on the dispute and kept our money. ZERO accountability, HORRIBLE service, & VERY unprofessional. When asked about the status of orders put out 3 weeks ago , Jason doesn't even have the info to give. Do not come and order line jackets you WILL get played!!!!! Had to fight with him to get a tracking verification and come to find order was put out only the day before MIND YOU JACKETS WERE EXPECTED A WEEK AGO. The following message/theft happened November 2022. I wish there was a negative star I could give. Nu Creation Greek store recently broke a contract and stole money from my Greek organization. My sorority paid Nu Creations Greek store over $4000.00 for new sisters that were crossing over gear . We entrusted this company to come through as the contract stated. The not only broke the contract, but they used our funds to go to sex stores (twice). We went through the proper channels to cancel payments, but the Nu Creations Greek store owner/ management denied and lied about delivery. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR GREEK NEEDS. They will steal from you and lie about it. As a Veteran, I am ashamed and degusted with this type behavior and service, by a fellow veteran. I really hope that this company does the right thing by people or get what they dish out. They only got ONE star because I could not post unless you picked a star. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would... Jason is extremely unprofessional and cannot properly run a business. My organization made a bulk order for 23 line jackets and paid in full about a month ago. Since payment has been received, our invoice and order details have all been "lost" according to Jason and both UPS and FEDEX are holding our packages hostage at the same time. I am extremely disappointed in the actions that Jason has taken when it came to completing the gear for my organization Pi Mu Phi Military Sorority. I contacted Jason back in late August after finding him online and reading the positive reviews that was posted online for him to complete work for my sorority. I went to his store saw his work and explained to him how we had questionable vendors in the past and he ensured me that his business was not the same. I even had him speak to one of our founders and he also reassured her that he would not disappoint us. I had been in constant communication with him about the jackets and always asked him would the gear that we paid for in full be ready for the Veterans Day crossing weekend to which he replied that everything was on track. To my surpise when I went to his store on that Saturday, November 5th Jason pulled me outside to speak to me and then informed me that he did not have the jackets ready at all. I then asked him would he have it ready for me by that Wednesday, November 9th in which he replied No. I had to contact another vendor (DesignEx) in NC to see if they would be able to do the work that he failed to complete which they stated that they would only be able to complete the front but that I needed to be in NC by Tuesday morning November 8th if I wanted the work completed by that Friday Nov 11th. Jason did not help me come up with a solution to a problem that he created which was extremely disappointing. I had to get in my car on Monday night after picking up the sweatshirts that he did complete with my one year old daughter to head to NC so I can deliver the jackets to the new vendor (DesignEx) for them to start working on our order. To know that a fellow veteran showed us such poor customer service is so disappointing and heartbreaking. The treatment that he showed our MGLO compared to D9 organizations and Masonic organizations is not fair to ANY paying customers or veterans. Then to not refund us the money back for work that was not completed just shows me that he is not a reputable businessman or veteran based on previous positive reviews that we read before conducting business with him. For any MGLO that should want to do business with him, I say take caution when doing business with him so that you don't end up in a situation that we are currently experiencing with him. read more

I very rarely write bad reviews but right is right and wrong is wrong. But in this situation it is very much warranted. Nu Creations Greek Store was hired to do some gear for Pi Mu Phi Military Sorority Inc. Fall '22 crossing. Monies were paid for services not rendered. Even after requests for a refund, a refund of over $2k was not given despite claims to Paypal that it was. This is FRAUD!!! Then the fact that they are a veteran owned business defrauding other veterans in a MGLO (military greek letter organization) is disheartening. If you were unable to complete the task for which you were hired for in 3 months time, then you should've said that and declined the job! This business has proved that they're unreliable, unethical, and very unprofessional. I'm guessing all military values did not hold much meaning for this business owner as the respect, honor, and integrity is very much lacking.
