I never felt rushed or dismissed. Unlike many other providers I've encountered, Dr. Nguyen doesn't immediately jump to conclusions. He takes the time to really ponder your individual situation, listen to your concerns, and think through potential solutions. The office visit was pleasant. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. There was virtually no wait-time, which was nice. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and attention he has provided thus far. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for a physician who genuinely listens to their patients and takes their concerns seriously. :)

Apparently the doc is out of town for the week. We've been trying to reschedule since that moment. When she called to get information this morning, office manager Jason was extremely unprofessional. Talking to a patient like she was the reason for the issue. He offered no help at all, only snide comments and underhanded insults. His attitude switched up quick once I got on the phone. Stay clear of this place. The doctor and her staff do NOT care about patients. I wouldn't treat my dog this way, much less a person suffering from chronic pain!!

Dr is verbally abusive. As a disabled veteran I came here referred from the VA. The Dr saw me 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and became unprofessional and verbally abusive when he asked me how I was doing and I said I've been better. He pried at my response so I told him I wasn't expecting to see him 45 minutes past my appointment time. He responded that there's a lot of paperwork to complete. I responded that I arrived at 0930, 30 minutes early to my appointment in order to complete the paperwork. He said I could have arrived at 6 am and it wouldn't matter and that who's supposed to fill out the paperwork, the holy ghost? He then told me he has nothing for me and the appointment was over. He never treated me. Then he tried to make me leave the facility without getting a print out from the front desk to prove I came to the appointment. The receptionist refused and stated that "it would be faxed" and the Dr came to the waiting room 2 more times while I was on the phone with the VA to tell me to get out and yell at me. Absolutely abhorrent behavior.
