She has always come up with several options for us to choose from as far as mental health options for my child. The receptionist have always been very nice, and professional.

I feel obligated to share, to hopefully save someone else the experience we had. Dr. Hardy is very on organized. She doesn't respond to her emails promptly and either doesn't keep good notes or doesn't review them. For one simple medication question we had, she finally responded after more than a week. Obviously forgetting she had already responded, she replied again more than a week later and gave contradicting instructions. On one visit she asked if we needed a refill and we said no. She later ordered the refill for 14 pills from our mail order pharmacy. We had no idea until the medication arrived with a bill of $50, the same price as a three month supply. We contacted her and she again did not reply in a timely way, but when she finally did, she had a lot of excuses and nonsensical reasons why the mistake was our fault. We went back-and-forth, but she never apologized or took responsibility for her mistake. Her office staff is snooty and her prices are very high and not covered under our insurance. But we were willing to overlook the office staff and the price to find a great doctor. Unfortunately, Dr. Hardy was far from that.

This is really one of the nicer hospitals I've stayed at! I stayed here for a week when I was…read moretwelve and when I was seventeen, I visited the crisis stabilization unit. During my first stay, I was very quiet but I was well-treated by staff, nurses, and my doctor. I don't know whether nurse Richard is still here, but he is just so nice. I don't recall any patient abuse here, so that's wonderful! The food was quite bad, though. Five years after, I stayed at the crisis unit for a few hours. Everyone there is kind and patient. I'd just update the library.

I was here recently, the staff were okay... but they were awkward, and they kept misgendering me…read moreand using my dead name instead of the name I gave them. You can't cry because they'll just see you as a stray animal about to attack, they threaten to booty juice you as well, they lock you in a room after they stick a whole needle in your ass. They keep you away from the other patients because they think you're a threat to them. They take your strings out of your jacket/hoodie just be aware of that, they'll keep it in a locker with the rest of your belongings if you don't want them taken out. The care sucked, they'd make you attend groups and lie to you saying "it'll get you out faster" which is a total LIE, so you can't trust the staff, they think groups will help you get better when it won't. They don't get that though ... there's too many cameras in there too, I don't like how they have to watch your every move, you're in the csu before moving to willow rock, but that's for another story. The food sucked, it was cold, even when it came fresh from the cart, it was COLD and gross. The staff ate outside food in front of us, which sucked even harder, because it's unfair, they had their phones out in front of us while we couldn't have ours, they asked for our picture, and they wont stop until you agree to taking your picture so the staff can "know who you are" it's stupid bro. The beds also suck really bad, it gets cold at night and the blankets are very thin, even when you ask for more blankets it'll still be cold, the pillows are flat as fuck, excuse my language but it was, it made my back hurt bad and I kept waking up. They check on you every 15 minutes so remember that if you tryna do something because you snuck in contraband. I got away with it, they also aren't allowed in the patient rooms unless it's an emergency like you banged your head on the wall or something. You're welcome, you can't sneak in metal because they use metal detectors, you'd have to shove it up your ass if you wanna hurt yourself that bad gang anyway, you're welcome.

It needs attention to avoid frustration. Here's a cheap way to save, tired evening snack (OMG Lorne Doones and Baked potato chips), no patients could look forward to that a 2nd night in a row. The primary therapeutic tool is hours of boredom. I wanted Excedrin for my migraines. So far have not produced any. Consider your options.

Their protocol is illegal and does not comply with the law. They violate the right to bear arms under the 2nd amendment and violate HIPAA laws constantly. It is with great concern that the nurses and staff aren't well educated and can't properly handle patients as they will mistreat patients and bother civilians and citizens. They will harass people to death just so they can practice on you for their entertainment. They will violate HIPAA and disclose and leak your information as a result of mistreating and neglect. They will lie about you and harass you just to practice in school and hasn't earned their licenses. I do not recommend this hospital. Don't trust the staff as anybody has the right to refuse hospitalization.
