Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. We bought two new trucks for our business and called our old wrap place only to find out they…read morearen't doing wraps anymore! Thankfully, I reached out and explained the situation to Joe. I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week.
