They offer responsive, ethical, and comprehensive WordPress development and SEO marketing services. It's a rarity in the website world to come across a company like this. Site Smart Marketing can truly do it all...from developing and marketing a brand new website to fixing an old website and making it better. Kira has a true passion for SEO and she has the knowledge and patience to educate business Owners to ensure long-term website success. Lorenzo is a rock star developer who can quickly find and fix the back-end of a WordPress site. They compliment each other's skill sets and make an excellent team. My favorite part of working with Kira and Lorenzo is that there WordPress skill sets cross over. Kira is knowledgeable about development and Lorenzo is knowledgeable about SEO and Marketing. Because their knowledge bases cross over every project is a guaranteed success. (Kira is also light-hearted and funny and makes the whole process fun!) My WordPress website was initially built back in 2010. Recently I tackled a major theme redesign. I needed help at the end of the redesign for all the back-end and front-end fine tuning along with SEO marketing support. Site Smart Marketing was willing to step in at the 12th hour to ensure my redesigned website was a success. Here's a short list of what I hired Site Smart Marketing for: 1) run audits and scans of my website 2) set-up google search console and google analytics 3) add security and SEO plug-ins and review all plug-ins 4) fix page speed cache issues and run a full QA (desktop and mobile) 5) run SEO audit, fix broken links, 404 errors, & 301 redirects 6) overall website SEO fixes and review 7) design fixes, development fixes, SEO review, etc 8) general website consulting They offered a lot of extras during the process like extra time on the phone walking me through my site, design fixes of the hero section, design fixes on headings, education on the SEO plug-in RankMath, lots of answers to emailed questions, adding recommend plug-ins, troubleshooting contact forms, suggestions how to make my site better, review of settings in Cloudflare, upgrade to ElementorPro, etc. The Site Smart Marketing team really cares about their clients and the long-term success of the WordPress website. I am so happy that I came across Kira and her team. My goal with this review is to help others know Site Smart Marketing is a 100% legit WordPress company that works hard and is very knowledgeable. Site Smart Marketing will be my long-term WordPress partner for all things development and SEO (organic content creation and Google AdWords, etc.). Thank you Kira, Lorenzo and team!

These guys deserve 10 stars…read more I mulled over upgrading my company website because all of web programmers I talked to wanted to charge me a fortune to do it. These guys take a completely different approach. It's one flat monthly fee -- it covers the design, the hosting, the SEO (if you want it), I mean you name it. But here's the most impressive part. We had 2 calls to discuss what I wanted. They asked thoughtful questions, pushed back at appropriate times, and then asked me to give them 2 weeks to run with the platform we discussed. I am generally a very hands on person, so I reluctantly agreed. Two weeks later - and not a day later - they came to me with the template. It was a home run. Everything I wanted was there. They understood my creative vision and executed it beautifully. There were some minor, superficial changes that we revised, and I never felt like they were annoyed or bothered at my phone calls to change little things. Overall, these guys built me a flawlessly beautiful website in 1 month. They're here to support you at all times. I really believe that the old system for building websites is dead. This business model is the future for young business owners like myself who want to outsource branding at a competitive price. Hire them. You won't regret it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly a year working with Contractor Website Services,…read moreI feel it's important to share my experience so other small business owners know what questions to ask before investing thousands of dollars. When I was searching for a website company, Contractor Website Services seemed like the perfect choice. Their website emphasized helping small businesses grow through digital marketing, improving search engine visibility, generating leads, and driving more customers to your business. Those were exactly the services I was looking for, and I felt confident I had found the right company. Once the project began, I was surprised by how much of the website I had to create myself. I wrote nearly all of the content, supplied the photos and video, and even hired a photographer. I expected the website designer to play a much larger role in creating the site, especially given the price I paid. After the website launched, I paid for monthly maintenance and blog services, must providing the photos myself. When I still wasn't receiving inquiries after several months, I followed the owner's (David) recommendation to add paid social media marketing, hoping it would improve my online visibility. Meanwhile, I realized the ongoing blog service depended on the photos I provided. I was encouraged to post additional blogs myself If I wanted to improve visibility. That made me question the value of paying a monthly fee for the service. I also discovered multiple website issues, and they were only fixed after I reported them. One of my biggest concerns involved ownership and access. When I decided to move my website service to another company, I discovered I did not have administrator access to the website I paid to have built. I was told I didn't have admin access because the designer (Scott) didn't want me to accidentally "click the wrong button". After several requests, I was finally added as a second administrator so I could have ownership of my own website and move my business to another website design company. I experienced a similar issue with social media contractor (Britney) when I decided to terminate the service--the accounts I paid to have managed were not under my ownership until I repeatedly requested access. The main coordinator (Sandra) strongly suggested that I should talk to the owner (David) before I decided to terminate the services. The meeting focused heavily on getting more services than solving my concerns. I don't question that the team spent time building my website or managing my accounts. My disappointment comes from the overall value I received compared to the significant amount of time, money, and personal effort I invested throughout the process. This review reflects my personal experience after nearly a year as a paying customer. I hope it helps other small business owners make a well-informed decision before making a similar investment.

Our rankings all decreased, our backlinks almost disappeared, our page visits decreased, and we could never get the requested reports or any report for that matter. Unfortunately, when we finished, there was no evidence that anything was actually done, no links, blogs, postings, or publishing. Also, they managed our AdWords and couldn't figure out why no one was calling and why most visits were on the page less than 1 second. The owner was difficult and had an air of "why are you calling me? and just trust me!". We hesitantly (for good reason) tried a new company and were shocked by the difference. We receive daily reports/logins anytime. Most importantly, our leads increased from about 2 each month with Innvio to almost 120 each month. It was a costly mistake to be with Innvio in both costs and lost revenue.
