The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me.

When I was searching for a website company, Contractor Website Services seemed like the perfect choice. Their website emphasized helping small businesses grow through digital marketing, improving search engine visibility, generating leads, and driving more customers to your business. Those were exactly the services I was looking for, and I felt confident I had found the right company. Once the project began, I was surprised by how much of the website I had to create myself. I wrote nearly all of the content, supplied the photos and video, and even hired a photographer. I expected the website designer to play a much larger role in creating the site, especially given the price I paid. After the website launched, I paid for monthly maintenance and blog services, must providing the photos myself. When I still wasn't receiving inquiries after several months, I followed the owner's (David) recommendation to add paid social media marketing, hoping it would improve my online visibility. Meanwhile, I realized the ongoing blog service depended on the photos I provided. I was encouraged to post additional blogs myself If I wanted to improve visibility. That made me question the value of paying a monthly fee for the service. I also discovered multiple website issues, and they were only fixed after I reported them. One of my biggest concerns involved ownership and access. When I decided to move my website service to another company, I discovered I did not have administrator access to the website I paid to have built. I was told I didn't have admin access because the designer (Scott) didn't want me to accidentally "click the wrong button". After several requests, I was finally added as a second administrator so I could have ownership of my own website and move my business to another website design company. I experienced a similar issue with social media contractor (Britney) when I decided to terminate the service--the accounts I paid to have managed were not under my ownership until I repeatedly requested access. The main coordinator (Sandra) strongly suggested that I should talk to the owner (David) before I decided to terminate the services. The meeting focused heavily on getting more services than solving my concerns. I don't question that the team spent time building my website or managing my accounts. My disappointment comes from the overall value I received compared to the significant amount of time, money, and personal effort I invested throughout the process. This review reflects my personal experience after nearly a year as a paying customer. I hope it helps other small business owners make a well-informed decision before making a similar investment.
