Made an appt on their website which was Super easy and they both responded by text and called within an hour. Was able to get at appointment the next day during my WFH lunch break. Very communicative with text message updates. Showed up on time. They parked their fancy shop van in my driveway (they did ask permission) and set up an a-sign on the sidewalk for others to see. Appt took less than an hour for my 9 blades and 1 shear order. The Sharpener was very polite and professional, I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends and will 100% be using them again in the future.

Five Stars for Wasatch Tool & Die - These Guys Are Lifesavers!…read more Our plant had a solid machine shop for years--A.W. Fours--and Timmy from A.W. Fours always took care of us like we were family. He was our go-to guy, and when he passed away, we were not only heartbroken but also suddenly left without a machine shop we could call our own. It was an uncomfortable spot to be in. Thankfully, another shop referred us to Wasatch Tool & Die, and that's when we met Preston. Let me just say--Preston delivered. Yesterday, I was in a serious bind. One of our rollers had a seized bearing, and the shaft ends were worn down. A replacement shaft from the manufacturer was three weeks out. THREE. WEEKS. Preston didn't blink. He filled in the worn spot, lathed it back down to exact tolerance, and even re-knurled the shaft. It looked brand new. Even better--he turned it around in just a few hours. The machine was back up and running that same day. He absolutely saved my ass, and I couldn't be more grateful. I can honestly say: Wasatch Tool & Die is my machine shop now. Great work, fast turnaround, and good people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

He was incredibly thorough, inspecting every part of the fridge and taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He showed me what needed to be fixed, why it needed attention, and answered all of my questions. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the back of the refrigerator at no extra charge. Shane is friendly, professional, and clearly knows appliances inside and out. On top of that, his pricing was shockingly reasonable. I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service, honesty, and expertise. Thank you, Shane! I won't hesitate to call you again, and I'll be recommending you to anyone who needs appliance repair.
