    I saw a flyer for Timber Knifes yesterday and I wanted to stop by because I needed a new pocket…read moreknife. My family and I walked in and the decor was really cool! All of the knifes are displayed and you can easily pick them up look at them. The Bad Upon walking into Timber Knifes no one said hello welcome or can I help you find something. There was a couple of people talking and laughing towards the front door. My first thought was they were customers because they would have greeted us. BUT i was wrong its was a worker talking to his friend. So, fast forward 5 minutes and no one still has said anything to me or my family. Then walks in a local man I assume because every worker in the place greeted him. Even the ower of Timber Knifes comes out and talks to the guy about steel blades. So after some time the ower yells to a worker "hey sharpen this balde for free". Then the ower walks right past me and my family and does not say a word. So at this point i think forget this place and turn to leave. Then someone asked me if I needed help. This guy had a great knowledge of knifes and was freindly. Because of him I purchased a knife for me and my wife. Because of him its 3 stars and not 0. I really and truly think because we are not locals from Heber City the ower and his sales team did not help us when we first walked in. So, if your from outside Heber City dont expect great customer service from Timber Knifes.

    do not take your business to this place. they have to be the biggest a-holes i have ever met…read more if you don't pay to have the repairs done, after they pull apart your equipment, then guess what? they don't put it back together for you. you get a pile of what used to be your equipment. big a douche bags!!!

    On November,13 2025 I called Paul's All Right (Wrong) Sales & Services about repairing my…read moresnowblower. I mentioned that I had my snowblower repaired last year and thought it was $25.00 for pickup and delivery because they said it would be $35.00 now. And I remember they use to do it for free probably because they were hard up for business. Robbie started to get a little irritated at me. We talked about what was wrong withe machine. He said it would need the cable and probably the dashboard too and it would cost $90 for labor $67.00 for parts and $35.00 for pickup and delivery total $192.00 plus tax about $200. So I said just come and pick it up, they said okay it will probably be tomorrow. They called me a couple hours later and said can they pick it up now? I said sure. The very next day they called me and said we will need to order the parts from a different place because Husqvarna is out until March of 2026. I will cost $20.00 more. He also said that I should also get these things fix the Auger is bent and the Scraper blade all need to be replaced. Total charge would be $550.00, I said I will get back to you. I went down to to the shop and Talked to Emily I told her I could get all the parts for $67.00 the dashboard and cable through Amazon. Emily said we don't buy through Amazon. I said how much it will be she said $240.00 I said including tax? Then I took a business card and wrote down $240 she didn't say anything, then I left. Emily called me up November 24 at 2.36 pm and said your snow blower is ready and its $252 and you need to pay for it and we will bring it up. I immediately said we agreed on $240.00 including tax she said there's $12.00 shipping. We argued and I think I said why are being such a bitch. Anyway we continued argue about the extra $12.00 then she hung up on me. I called her back and said I will give you a credit card but I will back charge the extra $12.00 she said I need cash then. I called a few days later I have cashiers check they said they will not take it only cash and you have been a pain in the ass speaking real loud yelling at me. Then they said I have 30 days to pick it up. If you look around on the internet you will see all the negative comments about them including the Better Business Bureau. Their customer service is horrible mainly with Emily. Some of the other complaint is how they find other problems with your machine other than what you wanted fix. They also told people that their machine was a piece of sh*t. They have also told customers to get the F**K off their property. This company should not be in business please do not do business with them you will probably regret it. My name Paul Guymon I have lived in Bountiful for 35 years and have been treated this bad by any business.
