CWPrice made no attempt to adequate clean up their mess left on my property, i finally spent 4 hours cleaning up after them. two weeks have passed and still no attempt by the company to fix the damage they caused, even after several emails and comments on their Facebook page. i would give Zero stars if possible.

I used Alliance for a large roofing project and also to replace a shower base. Alliance provided a…read morelifetime mold-free guarantee for the shower work. Imagine my surprise then when no more than six months after the work was completed, my shower base had developed extensive mold in the seaming between the base and the wall tile. I contacted the owner to make him aware of the issue, and he stated that they had used the wrong caulk and would address the issue by replacing the caulk. However, when they came back they used the same caulk as the first time and the employee stated that was the caulk they always use. After a short time, the mold came back just as before. I contacted the owner yet again and was told I should just clean the caulk and he cannot come re-caulk every year when mold grows (notwithstanding the fact that the project was guaranteed mold-free). What seems more likely to me is that the correct caulk is not being used, or poor workmanship has caused mold to grow underneath the mold-free caulking. After repeated attempts to communicate with the company and the owner to remedy the issue, they have now become completely non-responsive. I would only recommend this company if you are willing shell out several thousand dollars and take the risk of being left with a deteriorating final product and no recourse for correction. Zero stars, do not recommend.

Once he called and told me we were set to start, they moved in with military precision. They arrived on time and with a full crew and all the equipment. The crew was polite, efficient, easy to work with and definitely knew what they were doing. I was very comforted by the fact that they left all their equipment and vehicles at my house the first day. For me, this showed efficiency and trust. How many stories do we hear of contractors who never come back? When a man leaves tens of thousands of dollars at your house, he's planning to come back. Phil makes you feel like family and takes pride in what he's doing and how he does it. He kept me informed along the way and delivered exactly what he promised. I'm happy I was able to support a family business and I'd recommend Phil without hesitation. I won't need him for another 50 plus years, so please keep him busy until then.
