It's pretty rare that I carry cash on me, but it's always the worst when you're in need and can't find an ATM. There is an ATM in the drive through and I believe also a second one that you can access by walking in (even when the lobby isn't open). The line in the drive thru has always seemed to move pretty quickly and the staff has been friendly. I'll definitely be back to this branch soon the next time I need cash!

On this occasion, I needed to get a check printed (because who has a checkbook anymore?). I popped in and was quickly greeted by the staff. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly. He pulled up my account via SSN (because who ever remember their bank account number?). There was a small fee for a single check printed, but it's totally worth it to occasionally pay that fee (I think it was $1.50) than for a checkbook i'll never use. There's a small parking lot here as well as a drive thru and atm. It's a great location if you live in Covington. I always pop by this atm when I need to pull out some cash before heading somewhere I'll need it. Great location and super friendly staff - high fives, PNC.

I spoke to Chase when I got there and he remembered my earlier call and already had some bills ready. He also told me of some 50 cent coins he had, which I thought was considerate. I get the same treatment from everyone each time i go in there, albeit seldom with todays digital and online world. Nonetheless, it's good to know genuine and friendly service can still be found today.
