I hired them for a DEEP CLEAN. What I received was not that. Not to mention the helper was…read moredistracted by my kitten and trying to pet her. When I expressed what was most important I told them I wanted the floors, baseboards and dusting done. The baseboards were not touched and neither was the dusting. The kitchen counter, the coffee table and the kitchen table were not even wiped down. The bath tub was cleaned pretty well but not the window where all the shampoos sit and the bathroom sink had splash marks all over it so clearly was not wiped. If this was a regular clean I wouldn't complain, but for saying it was a DEEP clean AND for charging me 3 hours, I feel like I was taken advantage of.
