So, I inhaled my mask in a little bit too far when they told me my copay was $50.(I promise that wasn't a covid cough!) But i needed immediate treatment for my ear infection that i left untreated for way too long, and decided to "bite the bullet" by slowly releasing the grip on my credit card. One thing that I have to admit is the service to really good here. There's not alot of smiling and niceties at the front desk, but they are professional, to the point and informative. I've been a couple times and I didn't have to wait half as long as you do at PF. Once you're in the back, everyone is really nice and helpful. You're not sitting in the room wondering if they forgot about you. Maybe that's just my experiences at some other places idk. My last visit I was in and out in about 30 minutes. It was maybe just a little longer the time before. Social distancing and mask wearing is still being implemented. The facility seems airy and clean. Not overcrowded. So, will I come again? It depends. The $50 seems a bit steep for a mild treatment, and I don't think I'll be coming back for something like that. However, if you're short on time, need some top notch care right away and don't mind paying that price it's definitely one of the better urgent care clinics near by.

The nurses/techs were amazing here. But the doctor, some old woman, was horrendous. I've seen a male doctor here on a previous occasion, and he was great. But this old woman was really nasty and rude. She acted like she didn't want to touch my ear while examining it. I don't like touching strangers, either, but I'm not a DOCTOR!! Then she was condescending, stated that my a fib occurrence was "nothing," as if I'd wasted her time. She recommended that I get a home heart rate monitor What a bitch!! Never again!!

Doesn't work with furlough government employees. Be prepared to pay full bill upfront.

My new favorite Urgent Care! Not only is it affiliated with my doctors office, but always efficient and open when we need to go!

Terrible place. Get your wait times under control. It shouldn't take 2 hours to be seen when there is ONE OTHER PATIENT.

Extremely fast check in. I will say only three other people were there so that was a plus. Not too…read morebusy at all!!! Super clean from the naked eye(wink wink )! Everyone was busy doing something and not just sitting around doing nothing. Nurses were very polite and knowledgable. Most of the workers were wearing masks still which I'm sure is their preference! I definitely put one on since they provide them at the door upon walking in. Dr. Anglin Jr. came right in and introduced himself. Listened to our concerns and went right to work. He retrieved his medical equipment and didn't waste any time whatsoever. He prescribed what needed to be prescribed and sent us on our way. This was the quickest urgent care service ever received. Will always come here when needed. Great job everyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received at this Patient First location. What…read moreshould have been a straightforward medical visit turned into a dismissive and careless experience that could have had serious consequences. My daughter went in after leaving work because she was feeling unwell. She clearly explained her symptoms to the nurse: cough, headache, scratchy throat, nausea, congestion, and feeling light-headed. She was told she would receive multiple tests, but none were ever done. When the doctor came in, they briefly checked her breathing and asked her to repeat her symptoms. After asking when her last menstrual period was, the doctor abruptly concluded that my daughter was "probably pregnant." My daughter explained that she was confident she was not pregnant and that she was experiencing PMS symptoms, but this was completely dismissed. No diagnostic testing was performed. There was no throat exam, no ear exam, and no testing for infection. The doctor said they would only provide a work excuse for that day. When my daughter asked what she should do if she still felt sick the next day, the doctor responded "Drink water" while walking out of the room. That was the entirety of her care. My daughter came home crying, feeling embarrassed, unheard, and dismissed. The following morning, I took her to a different urgent care facility, where she received thorough and compassionate care. She was diagnosed with an ear infection, strep throat, and swollen tonsils. We were advised she now needs to see an ENT specialist for possible tonsil removal--conditions that were completely ignored during her visit here. This experience raises serious concerns about the quality of care and clinical judgment at this location. Dismissing a young woman's symptoms and defaulting to an assumption of pregnancy without proper evaluation is unacceptable. No patient should leave a medical facility feeling worse than when they arrived. I would strongly caution others to think twice before seeking care here.
