NOW DENTISTRY ...This place is so unprofessional starting with the owners wife NORHAND and the DENTIST MOHAMAD ELNADI.After doing research on my own I found the cases pending at BBB and just look at the reviews on this place and look up at the attorney generals office and states attorneys office.DONT make the mistake I did and be weary of this place NOW DENTISTRY a t 8125 Pulaski Hwy Rosedale Md. 21237..I went to the so called dentist to have a mouth restoration when I went there the first time on 12-15-2019 I was give a case evaluation and then sat down with a person and she said the total for everything was going to be $6178.. When I went back 3 weeks later to start The owners wife said that the price was wrong and that it would be 28K was the price.I said what about this quote I was given and signed and norhand the wife said it was a big mistake and she fired her..I should have left then BUT I DIDN'T big mistake on my part.They go through staff there like changing underwear..Everytime I went they're quick to to bring you back for getting money a payment ,but then you wait and finally they bring you back to the chair to wait again,after 30 more miniutes the phoney the dentist I call him that cus he's nice at first until you question anything about the work to be done.All he wants is money and his phoney wife is the same.They have bad hygiene techniques there like using the same gloves on me as the other patients they work on at the same time.The place has a weird odor like dog poop in the patient rooms,they give you glasses to put on that looks like they have never been washed.They have helpers not qualified putting pieces in your mouth and doing things only a dentist with training should do.They pulled a front tooth and made a temporary cap that a staff person NOT THE DENTIST made and glued in .It fell out on the way home and is still exposed and so embassasing.Again something a trained dentist should be doing not the person who is empting trash out of the rooms.I went to have a few teeth pulled and he comes and gives you novacane and in the time he comes back 45 mins later the Novocain wore off this happened 4 times to me starting 1-4-2020 to when I stopped going.They treat you like a 3rd.class citizen and don't listen to the patient he's to busy talking about and going back and forth to 7 other patients, its worse then an assembly line.They said they take Medicaid when I first went there, that is the main reason I went; after the first visit they said they don't take it.They have ad's and signs in the front the says they do and as of today Medicaid still has them listed as a provider. They have ad's on their website and the sign out front that says $999.00 complete implant. This isn't true either,When I questioned why they are charging me $4000.00 per implant the dentists wife said that sign was mistake and they need to change it...IT'S still up posted at $999 full implant..They do anything to get you in for your money, don't be a sucker like I was.They took $3600 from me for deposits and they refuse to credit me back.I need my money they took so I can pay oral surgen.I have been in terrible pain and suffering .They took 4 weeks to call me back and I went there asking for my money 3 times and sent 6 emails and they never gave me my money to this day__3/4/14/2020____ they said they did all the work I paid for when they only put 2 posts for implant and pulled teeth they owe me $3650 still. The owner said she is charging all the money I gave them the whole amount EVEN though I had to pull out all the dentist did.I think this was unfair for them not to credit me back my money they are trying "I Say trying to rip me off " that wont happen if I can help it.. Norhand owners wife lied to me on the phone on 4-14-2020 and said shes not paying me back because they have the bridge and crown in office SO UNTRUE they never even took an impression or mold..HOW CAN YOU HAVE A BRIDGE AND CROWN with out a mold to make it from she's full of lies.. read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Be Careful! I had the misfortune of visiting this dental office, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. The service was unprofessional, and it quickly became apparent that the office has a pattern of making unnecessary mistakes--mistakes that force you to come back for additional visits, leading to more costs. During my visit, I was given a numbing needle, and then I had to wait about 2 hours while they helped all other patients before finally returning to do the actual work. This was not only uncomfortable but incredibly frustrating, as it made me feel like I was being ignored. Also after getting a tooth pulled, I could barely talk or even feel my mouth due to the procedure. Instead of offering care or allowing me to recover, the staff became extremely pushy, insisting that I leave a review while I was still recovering. It was uncomfortable and honestly felt inconsiderate. I understand the importance of feedback, but I was in no condition to provide a thoughtful review, let alone one about an experience that was still unfolding. It felt more like they were more interested in collecting positive reviews than in the well-being of their patients The whole experience left me questioning whether the mistakes were genuinely accidental or part of a scheme to get more money out of clients. Very polite staff they weren't like the other offices I called that just refered me to a bunch of other random places or shooed me away the lady was literally like "come in and we'll see what we can do for you" it was a big relief, they answered all my questions, they discussed affordable payment options, great doctor and assistant they made sure I was comfortable, they even wanted to give me 20 minutes to grab a bite to eat before they had to work on my teeth but, I ate prior to the visit, they didn't make me feel embarrassed about my dental hygiene, answered all my questions about the procedure for the fill in and wisdom tooth extraction, the assistant held my hand while being prepped for the fill in and extraction, they were quick and made sure that if I felt pain to let them know so I can take a moment and when I did they numbed the area a bit more so I can feel more comfortable, they didn't just keep going they made sure I was good to go before they finished up. The procedure was painless and quick just with some pressure here and there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they do walk ins and appointments that work around your schedule instead of waiting till next year to get a dentist to refer you to an oral surgeon to work on your mouth. No one can't wait that long especially people with impacted wisdom teeth lol. read more

I recently had a really bad cavity with extreme pain. Not expecting much to get done except setting up a future appointment I called these guys. To my surprise, on a Friday evening, they told me to come in. From 2:30pm till around 5:15pm these guys x-rayed my entire mouth. Identified my current issue as well as all my other teeth issues and got to work. They did 2 fillings and a broken wisdom tooth extraction and I felt no pain or discomfort. They were very understanding of my PTSD/panic attacks and were so vocally comforting with me while they worked that I breezed through with no anxiety or panic. For anyone who suffers with bad nerves you will know that that is no easy feat. Kudos to my dentist and her techs. The office staff was extremely helpful with everything from insurance knowledge and payment plans and came across as "just wanting to help get me taken care of any way they could". I can't begin to explain how calm and relaxed they made me feel when it came to checking in and out. As I was half way out the door They even called me back in and said that they owed me money back...and then gave it to me right there...Just WOW! I had a dental emergency on a Friday night into a Saturday night of working and didn't know what I was going to do since my regular dentist was closed until Monday. I searched online and found that Now Dentistry was open on Sundays and took walk-ins. I was a little nervous going to someone I didn't know, and the location is not in the best area so I was hesitant. The second I walked in all my hesitation went away. The staff were all so nice and helpful, the office is very modern in both decor and dental technology, everything was very clean and I was able to be seen on a SUNDAY without an appointment (and everything was taken care of before I left). I ended up needing a root canal, which I've always heard is extremely painful, the dentist numbed me up so well I didn't feel a thing. The office has TV's on the ceiling so you can watch TV during your procedure so you are distracted. This was by far the BEST dental experience I have ever had, so much so that I made my next appointment for a full exam and cleaning with them. Now dentistry & Dr. Elnadi will now by my new dental office moving forward. I could not recommend them enough! read more

Ok first let me start by saying the staff here is amazing and so professional! The office is so beautiful, the office makes you feel like you're on a resort . Let me tell you why this place rocks ! I called them Saturday night at 9:23 pm and not only was I shocked they had a 24 hour line the fact the office manager actually answered and was so personable , she even got me in for Sunday ! Yes Sunday at 8:00 am. I was the first patient in and it wasn't a rush , doctor Elnadi was nice and went over underlayin problems. He was so gentle that my nerves were relaxed , and not at one time did dr.Elnadi make me feel like a patient he made me feel like family and that was so important to me . I set up my next appointment for next Sunday and I'll continue going. If you're looking for a great office where the doctor actually cares , and you want to call anytime day or night , and want a nice experience NOW DENTISTRY is the place to go. Without a doubt, a 5 star rating for NOW Dentistry, conveniently located at 8125 Pulaski Hwy, Rosedale MD 21237 ph: (410) 999-1111...I finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with...I had a bridge break off and my regular dentist (Aspen) couldn't see me for two months (REALLY??!@!!)...I called NOW Dentistry (found them on the internet) and they were able to see me the next day AND without a long wait...after fixing what needed fixing along with a small filling I had absolutely NO pain...the doctors and staff are the best in customer service...everyone there takes the time to help you understand everything that is going on with your treatment plan...you never feel like you've asked a silly question...NOW Dentistry doesn't put money first , they put their PATIENTS first...I plan to tell all my family & friends about NOW Dentistry...I see me being with them a long, long time...NOW Dentistry treats and makes you feel like you are the only patient they have...THANK YOU NOW Dentistry... read more

I am so happy that one of my friends told me about Now Dentistry! I've been a patient for over 2 years and Dr. Elnadi is the best. As a former drug user, my teeth (the ones I had left) were a wreck. I was sad and embarrassed. Dr. Elnadi created a plan for my dental journey that included saving the teeth that could be saved and adding implants where necessary. The practice works with me and my budget and they take flexible spending dollars allowing me to move forward with my plan each year. I believe Dr. Elnadi is caring and honest. When the initial plan of an implant on top and 3 on the bottom didn't work (I didnt have enough bone on top) he did not still say 3 teeth on the bottom, he said 2. I went to Now Dentistry with a family member recently and they were very professional and courteous. They didn't have us waiting long at all like some places when you have an appointment. The dentist explained everything clearly so that my family member understood everything that was going to be done. And when she had questions or concerns the dentist was very patient and listened to her. One young lady that worked there I think her name was Kia, I'm not good with names. But, she was really kind and made my family member feel so at ease with how understanding she was even when my family member was getting moody, cause she has a tendency to act that way out of the blue. I feel for the people that unfortunately had negative experiences as both of mine have been very positive. Thank you Dr. Elnadi and Ebony and the rest of the staff for all of your help. I came in with an emergency, and the first day they were able to do X-rays, and within a few days I was able to get the extraction. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing especially Ebony. The process was smooth and pretty painless. Thank you so much to everyone! Needed an emergency & immediate tooth removal, I did show up very close to close of business on Tuesday after thinking I had an appointment but learning they don't have online appointment scheduling but the women at the counter was very kind about it, let me know that if I came in early the next day I could be seen as a walk in & I did! I came first thing this morning for an xray & exam, had my options explained to me, learned I didn't need a removal but the tooth could be saved and then also my payment options because I don't have insurance or a pile of cash for dental work! The same day emergency walk in care that was given to my wife convinced me that this is the dental practice for us. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and professional in helping us. I was promptly given an appointment and in just a few day I returned for X-rays. The staff was very kind and respectful. April 17, 2024 Returned for some most needed dental work and everything went well. The dentist was very sensitive to my feelings and he ask me to let him know if I was experiencing any discomfort right away. There was no pain. However, Now Dentistry's knowledgable and friendly staff do all they can to work with you and your insurance to take the hassle out of your visits. Now Dentistry is where it's at! Professionalism and just being a human being is what this place is all about. I have to say that they even offered me a blanket when I was cold! Now a days you go to any medical facility and rarely there are people that offer good bedside manner. This place is polite, kind, nurturing, and above all there to make you comfortable. Wow! The staff and dentist go above and beyond for their patients. They are very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The dentist is patient with you and explains everything thoroughly. I was actually seeing another dentist that I have been with when I had an emergency come up and Now dentistry took me immediately as my old dentist wouldn't. We went In today as a walk in. The staff was very friendly and quick to get my fiancé treated. The staff was very knowledgeable about everything they did and even follow up treatment. I would definitely recommend Now Dentistry to anyone needed instant treatment for there teeth. The staff made us feel at home and the doctor was awesome, we did have to wait four and half hours but it was all worth everything they accomplished today. Best dentist ever!! Everyone is always friendly and down to earth, Ready and willing to help and answer all of your questions. I like how they take the time to sit down and go over your treatment plan with you & show you exactly what insurance is covering and what you are paying, They will do whatever they can to help you with your payments (if needed). I also love how after checking in I have always been taken right to the back even when I've walked in without an appointment. After being turned away by another dentist on the quest to get my wisdom teeth removed, I was overwhelmed by how caring and just generally pleasant the staff was. Even though I was a walk in with no insurance, they treated me like a real person, not dollar signs. That meant a lot. Although the extractions were rough, I am on my way to healing and I feel so relieved I could get this taken care of. I arrived at my appointment to find out I was a week early smh, but they were nice enough to see me anyway. The front desk staff, dental assistant, doctor, financial coordinator, and office manager was were very welcoming and professional! I wasn't expecting to have so much accomplished in one day! Ebony was great! She explained my treatment plan in detail and was able to sign me up for Care Credit right there in the office, it only took 5 minutes! I'm so excited to get my implants!
