Similar experience to what I've read others have been through:…read more Vehicle Roadside Assistance contacted Envy around noon for pickup and delivery of my car the NY Service Center, 40 minutes from where the car was. Was informed by VFA that Envy (based approximately 20 minutes from where the car was) would be there within 90 minutes. 2.5 hours later, they still hadn't arrived. Called VFA again. They informed me that they had tried to contact Envy again but had difficulty at first, then were informed by the driver that because it was snowing (it wasn't) they were delayed. They also would not give an estimate to VFA of when they would be able to pick up my car. VFA contacted a second company, based in NY, who arrived at my house approximately an hour after getting the call. Finally arrived at Service Center around 515 pm, FIVE PLUS HOURS LATER, and back home SEVEN HOURS later. ENVY NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED.

Very bad experience with Precision and the owner. My saga started with Jaime, the owner, coming to…read moremy house to get my backhoe started. He diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump and preceded to put in a cheap gas instead of diesel replacement which he wired backwards and it cost me $700. The machine started and worked but wouldn't run without a jump and starter fluid. I used it for a few days in my yard until I could bring it into the shop as Jaime told me too. Precision had it for 4 days couldn't really figure out the problem so I told them I wanted it back and asked when I could pick it up. I drove to the shop with my trailer on a Friday around 4pm and the machine was still in pieces and had to return back home until they could put it back together later that night. I got the call around 730. To make a long story short the machine didn't really run anymore, Jaime had to be called into shop to get it sort of running it was now 9pm and it needed to be limped onto my trailer. They didn't charge me for the all the misdiagnoses they guessed at, but it did cost me $400 to hire someone else who fixed the problem Precision originally caused in less than an hour.

Guy answered the phone half asleep and told me he'd be at the location in 15-20 mins which he took about 30 so not bad but then the surprise was the cost. After telling me a ridiculous price when the job was done he started to mention the time, which was 12:15am and that it cost to pick up the phone and come out to service me at his location after his ad said "24 hour" tire shop! Had he drove to me I would understand but I went to his advertised location and he still over charged me for a USED tire with no warranty. I'm so sorry I didn't just use my Roadside assistance which wouldn't have cost me anything to TOW MY CAR to a proper location and get brand new tire!!!!!!
