We called ahead at 11:00 am to find out they were not accepting anyone else that day. We showed up anyway at 11:20 and were turned away. The next closest option was many, many miles away. The receptionist was rude and not at all sympathetic to our situation. I never heard of an urgent care facility that keeps banker's hours and even then turns away emergency patients during these hours. What a cruel joke!

I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Even though the facility is clean and the doctors were nice I still don't think I will chance coming back here again. Too many other options in the area that'll try first. My story goes . . . I showed up at 7:45 and there was already 3 people in line. Before they opened at 8am there was 4 more people behind me waiting in line. I got a faulty iPad for checkin and the receptionist forgot to take my license and insurance card. One or both caused me to lose my place in line. By the time I was called, everyone waiting when they opened including all 4 people after me AND two people who were not even in line at opening had been called. Yes there is a sign that says patience can be called out of order for visits that do not involve a doctor but at least two that came after me needed to be tested for strep & I assume that would require a doctor. So I know for sure my place in line was lost.
