I've been with Js Landscaping for several years, and they've always done an amazing job. From…read moreregular maintenance to bigger projects, their work is consistently high-quality and professional. Most recently, they transformed our backyard, and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch landscaping services. I will say they are quite busy during the spring season, so try to be realistic with your time frame. I was surprised to be squeezed in within a week of when I had my consult.

They did a horrible job. I didn't even realize they came until a day later, no call in advance and…read morethey must have been at my house for 5 minutes max. Half the yard is incomplete, and they left all the cuttings littered around my yard and flowers. I get a call a week later and I tell the woman they did a bad job. This woman was incredibly rude, laughing off my complaints and even said "I can tell by your last name you would be a problem" She was clearly South Asian from her voice. I've never experienced such incompetence, racism and disrespect from a small business.

I was in the residential/commercial landscape business for over a decade. My fiance and I had…read morerecently purchased a new home and needed some work done quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, due to such a busy schedule, I was not able to do the work myself. However, I started looking around and I came into contact with Jeremy / South Side Specialties (SSS) via Yelp. I had multiple estimates for a pressure treated retaining wall, three drain pipes, a low level deck tear down, river rock/flagstone and artificial grass install. From day one, I knew he was going to be the company I went with. He was super professional, came in at a fair price, completed the project quickly with a very professional/knowledgeable staff and has been amazing to work with on the back end. He was so good, I recommended him to my parents for a massive hardscape project and to my homeowners association for some tree work our community needs completed. We had no issues with Jeremy / SSS at all. A lot of companies don't really care about you once the check is cashed and the project is completed, but not Jeremy. Throughout working with Jeremy on my home project, he had found out that my grandfather was very ill (eventually passed away). Approximately two weeks after the project was completed and paid for, Jeremy gave me a ring and left me a voicemail checking in on my family and I to see how we were holding up. You have no idea what that meant to us - he's an absolute professional with a big heart and amazing customer service. Jeremy and SSS have my highest recommendation I can give them!
